THEY INSTALLED A ROOF FOR ME. THE INITIAL CONTACT WAS GREAT. HOWEVER THEIR WAS A SMALL LEAK ABOUT A YEAR LATER. HE WAS QUICK TO RESPOND AT FIRST THEN GHOSTED ME. I HAD TO HIRE ANOTHER ROOFER TO DO THE JOB

Jim, Your previous 5 star review stated that we came out and did some work even though the leak was coming from the gap between the siding and the chimney which was the case. I’m not sure how we ghosted you when we came right out and let you know what your problem was. We didn’t charge anything for the assessment either. I’m sorry your siding was a problem for you but your siding was not in our scope of work and your leak was not caused by us.

Sean was very quick with his responses and was able to see the roof, give an estimate and start working right away. After getting a few quotes, he was the best price, even with the addition of gutters. Highly Recommend Rhino!

Needed to get my roof replaced immediately due to insurance issues and the timing couldn’t have been worse due to winter/freezing temps and holiday season. Within a couple of weeks waiting for somewhat manageable weather conditions, Sean was at our house the week of new years and New Year’s Day to remove my solar panels, install the new roof in one day, cleanup and reinstall panels. He was also the only contractor who held pricing from a year prior when I was first interested in doing this work. Great service, would highly recommend.
