  The one star reviews are accurate. We lost family airlooms that can never be replaced and should have never been lost, and trying to come to a resolution was met with hostility and disrespect. Unprofessional and over priced, Avoid at all costs.

  We are truly sorry that you remain unhappy with your experience. We complete hundreds of roofing projects every year, and our goal has always been to put our customers first. Because this review contains statements that we believe lack important context, we feel it is appropriate to respond. When we met to discuss your concerns, you stated that the attic fan had been removed by accident. You also stated that our representative told you the fan had been removed, but that the newly installed ridge vent system would provide adequate ventilation. However, the contract you signed clearly states that our scope of work included removing the existing attic fan and installing a ridge vent system. It does not include installing a new attic fan. In fact, most roofing manufacturers recommend against combining a powered attic fan with a ridge vent system because the two systems can work against one another. A properly vented ridge vent and soffit system is widely considered the preferred method of attic ventilation, and we completed the work in accordance with the signed contract. We are genuinely sorry that your family photographs and heirlooms were damaged. Having experienced significant personal losses myself, I understand how heartbreaking that can be. At the same time, heirlooms, photographs, and other irreplaceable items should never be stored in an attic or basement due to the extreme heat, humidity, and temperature fluctuations that naturally occur in those environments. Although the issue was not caused by any failure to perform our contractual obligations, we still met with you and discussed adding a new attic fan in an effort to help reduce the temperatures you were experiencing. Unfortunately, you felt our price was too high. While we respect your opinion, we believed our pricing was fair. New Jersey Division of Consumer Affairs show that our business license has been active with the State of New Jersey since 2005, and our trade name has been registered with the County since 1989. These are both easily found online for proof that your statement is wrong. In reviewing our files, we have no record of you as a client. Is this a fake name that you are using? We would welcome the opportunity to speak with you directly to understand why such a negative review was posted and why it includes information that does not reflect our company. There are numerous companies with names similar to ours, perhaps your review was made about the wrong company.   You might do good work but when you drive like a total buffoon in company marked vehicles you're gonna get some bad reviews. I saw your man do 3 questionable things behind the wheel in less than 2 minutes.

  I wish you would have called us so we could have figured out which employee you were talking about so we could be sure that this didnt happen again. i am sure as you are aware, Auto Insurance rates are extremely high and we like to pride ourselves on your drivers auto records.

  I can not speak for the work itself. I was a neighbor to a roof they did. Woke up to find that they had shoveled the roof off the side on a windy day. My covered porch was almost completely covered with roof, which included several nails. A very dangerous situation for not only my self but for my dog. As I walked down my stairs I was actually hit with a falling shingle. Someone came down and half assed cleared my porch. As I walk in i pick up 2 boards with nails sticking out and 3 nails just laying on my stairs and porch. I then call the company to tell them. She said ok and hung up on me. I look outside and my porch is covered again. Let me remind you that yes it's close but the work being done is not on my property. I call the company again and was told an owner was on his way. The owner never came but the police did. They did clean up most of the mess but that next morning I picked up 3 more nails. They are still doing the job so I can only imagine how many more nails I'm gonna find after they leave. So if you hire them make sure their is a no mess clause.
