  I met jeff when he was giving a roofing estimate on a house we were planning to buy in Red Bank. We were glad the proposal was approved and that the seller chose an impact resistant shingle roof. The finished roof looked excellent, and we heard the installation was completed fast and with solid workmanship. A few months after we moved in, our landscaper accidentally dropped a heavy branch on the roof and damaged several new shingles. malik answered the phone right away, calmed my concerns, and said they would do everything they could to help. jeff came out soon after, inspected the damage, and spoke directly with the landscapers to help work out a fair solution so the roof repair could be handled before the next stretch of wet weather. What really stood out was how easy they were to talk to, how quickly they responded, and how much they cared about protecting our home. They explained the repair process clearly, acted professionally, and made sure the roofing work was handled in a timely way. i highly recommend them for roof replacement, shingle repair, and dependable customer service.

  We had a small roofing and chimney flashing issue when a piece of trim came loose near the chimney. i called, and they came out the next day to take care of it. just like a past roof repair we had, the service was quick, helpful, and easy from start to finish. Later, we also had a roof leak that needed fast attention, and they arrived within a few hours. they not only fixed the roofing problem, but also found the source of the leak and corrected it the right way. jeff was professional, polite, and explained everything in simple terms i could understand. The crew checked the surrounding shingles, flashing, and roof area to make sure nothing else would turn into a bigger problem. They were easy to work with, showed real knowledge of roofing repair, and made the whole process stress free. gerald also gave me a few helpful referrals for other home projects i was planning. Overall, great service, great people, and i would recommend them to anyone in Red Bank who needs roof or chimney repair.

  We had our roof replaced not long ago, and I only have good things to say about the roofing team. They came out, did a full roof inspection, and found storm damage that needed attention. They also helped us through the insurance process and met with the adjuster during the inspection, which made a big difference. After a long back and forth with the insurance company, we were finally able to move forward with a new roof. From start to finish, they stayed involved and made sure nothing was missed. When it was time for the roof install, Malik explained each step clearly, answered all of our questions, and went above and beyond to make the whole project easy and stress free. The roofing crew was professional, respectful of our home, and did a thorough cleanup when the work was done. The new roof looks great, and we feel much better knowing our home is protected from heavy rain, wind, and coastal weather common in NJ. Their workmanship, communication, and support throughout the claim and installation process were outstanding.   Martin & Sons Roofing & Construction helped us after several other roofers could not fix ongoing roof vent leaks. They replaced the roof vents, sealed the problem areas, and changed out damaged plywood caused by the leaks. Later, after strong wind and heavy rain pulled off shingles and led to more roof issues, they came out quickly and secured a heavy protective covering to help stop water from getting in until the full roofing work could be done. We decided the older roof needed a full replacement, and Gerald was great to work with from start to finish. The roofing crew and on-site supervisor were professional, organized, and efficient. They completed the roof replacement in just one day, and the workmanship looked solid and well done. They also did a thorough clean up of the yard when the job was finished. We are very pleased with the service and would highly recommend them in Red Bank.

  I do not leave reviews often, but when a roofing team does excellent work, they deserve real appreciation. Jeff quickly spotted the hail damage on our roof, explained the problem in simple terms, and handled the whole project from start to finish. He worked directly with our insurance company, helped clear up several claim issues, and kept the roof replacement moving without delays. The roofing crew did a great job. They completed the full tear-off and replacement in one long day, replaced some damaged fascia boards, and cleaned the property very well when the work was done. Everything looked neat, solid, and professionally installed, and we had no problems at all during or after the job. A roof replacement can feel overwhelming, but Gerald made the process much easier and took a lot of the stress off our family. Communication was clear, the workmanship was strong, and the finished roof looks excellent.   Strong wind blew off about 25 to 30 shingles from my roof. I called first thing Monday morning, and the person who took my information was very polite and helpful. Norman called back shortly after to get a few more details and let me know he would stop by that day to inspect the roof. Later that morning, he called again because he was already in the Red Bank area, and I was able to meet him before lunch. He looked over the damaged shingles, explained the repair clearly, and gave me a rough estimate on the spot. He also let me know it would be a straightforward roof repair and not worth filing an insurance claim since the cost was below my deductible, which I appreciated. Because of the windy conditions and the steep pitch of the roof, he said it would be safer to wait and complete the shingle repair on the next visit. I completely agreed and appreciated that they put safety first. Norman and the other roofer were both easy to talk to, professional, and knowledgeable about the work. They returned a couple of days later and finished the repair in less than three hours. The price may have been a little higher than expected for a short job, but it was worth it for the fast response, solid workmanship, and overall good experience. I did not feel the need to get other bids because the estimate was in the range I expected for this type of roofing service. If I ever need a full roof replacement or more roofing work, I would definitely call them again. I might still compare estimates, but service, reliability, and good communication matter just as much as price. I could not be happier with how quickly they handled the roof damage and got everything taken care of.
