  I've tried to reframe from leaving this review because I am a self employed and I know the effectiveness of customer response or reviews but I truly never want what's happening to me to happen to anyone else. This is absolutely the worse roofing company anyone can go with. They are very unprofessional and very misleading to say the least. I had my roof replaced a couple of months ago and I'm already having issues out of my roof. I have water running down under the siding of my house onto my porch because the roofing and gutters above my porch was installed improperly. They have been promising they would come out to fixed the issue and they have yet to do so. Since, I have sent many messages and made many phones calls to this company and they have gone completely unresponsive to my calls and messages. Not to mention they have been promising they would get my warranty paperwork to me for months and they still haven't sent it to me. This is completely unacceptable for any customers to put up with so I will soon be taking this complaint to another level. I WOULD NOT ADVISE ANYONE TO CALL THIS COMPANY FOR ANYTHING, TAKE HEED!

  Heather with rhino roofing was so helpful and great to work with. They were able to repair my roof very quickly after we discovered a few leaks at a very fair price and did a great job! Would highly recommend.

  Many thanks to Rhino Roofing for taking care of us after Hurricane Helene. Kieth did a great job getting the trees removed and making repairs to the house and garage. Communication was great throughout the process which is a rare trait these days.

  After a storm came through our town we were bombarded with people knocking on the door, so much I put up a sign! Aras approached us one evening while we were outside. He was very down to earth and not pushy at all which is why we let rhino roof do the inspection. We ultimately went with Rhino Roofing because we felt Aras seemed trustworthy. Whole process was great. Lots of communication. There was an issue after install and they sent someone out in a timely manner to resolve it. Aras also followed up with me to confirm everything was all good after the follow up repair.
