  This company showed up at my neighbors across the street at 7:15 in the morning. As soon as their vehicles were parked they started blaring Latino music. The music is so loud it woke up my entire household. This normally wouldn't be a big deal, except I am sick and trying to recover, and the other people in the home work nights. This is completely inconsiderate! I may just go insane having to listen to their music all day long!

  Called for an estimate on roof repair due to a leak that has intermittently happened over the last year. At first I was very happy because Bill said he would come out right away, but after he looked at my roof he didn't know why it was leaking and said he would have to get his roofer to come back and look at it. I could tell that he probably wasn't going to call me back and, sure enough, I've never heard anything from him. *Edit* Bill, Maybe you should check your own phone records and you will see that you only tried to call me on Sept 10 and 14th with a text on the 14th...(17 days after you came to look at my roof) and several days after I posted my 2 star review. After reviewing my call history I saw where both times you called me I was at work where I cannot answer my phone, but maybe when you call someone and they don't answer- leave a message. When you text someone- identify yourself more than "I've tried to call you...you haven't answered". I don't save every number of every person I contact unless I anticipate doing business with them in the future and that is why I never saved your number. The bottom line is you came to look at my roof on Aug. 24 and I waited 2 weeks to hear from you before giving up and posting my review. I understand people get busy and sometimes things fall through the cracks, but at least own it and don't try to act like it's my fault.

  Really Bob? You started off trying to deceive me into putting a metal roof on three sections of home you are building yourself. When I was there the first time you only had two sections built. That's what I gave you a quote for. FOR LABOR ONLY. You tried to get me to honor my price for ALL 3 sections. In which I offered to do if you weren't willing to pay for the additional work that you knew I didn't quote for. You reluctantly agreed to pay for the additional work. The home you are building yourself. You didn't build square (properly). Because of your shotty work. We had to cut a few pieces of metal roofing to square up what you didn't build properly. You bought defective materials, improper screws etc. I still honor my warranty with you. Which is for Labor only as you purchased your own materials. I have definitely learned a lesson by working with you. I will NEVER do any work for anyone who purchases their own materials.

  I highly recommend On Top Construction! They came right out when I was having a ventilation problem with my roof and took care of the issue quickly and professionally. They were responsive, knowledgeable, and made sure the problem was properly addressed instead of just putting a temporary fix on it. It’s great to find a company that actually shows up when they say they will and stands behind their work. **Excellent service from start to finish—5 stars all the way!**

  Bill...the owner is great. This is the second time we have used On Top Construction and they did another amazing job! On time, cleaned up and at a great cost! Would highly reccomend them!

  On Top Construction was amazing from start to finish! They responded quickly to our request for an inspection and quote, got us on the schedule right away and had the work done in no time. They were able to match our existing roof perfectly and the finished repair looks great. They completed the work the same day and cleaned up everything with great care. We would highly recommend them to anyone who needs their roof replaced or repaired!

  On Top Construction was a to work with. They installed a new roof and gutters back in September 2023. The roof withstood the fury go Hurricane Helene and no damage was noted. The folks that installed the work were very professional and cleaned up any nails that hit the ground. I like the warranties that On Top Construction has. The shingles are a lifetime warranty. Their workmanship is guaranteed for 2 years and then they have a program where each year after the workmanship warranty expires (starting year 3) they will inspect the roof and warranty their workmanship for one more year. The extended warranty is relatively inexpensive considering the cost of replacement even if you have good insurance. Highly recommend On Top Construction. Good folks, good price, and they respond quickly to your requests. Kudos to On Top Construction!

  We contacted On Top construction to do a roof replacement on our barn and repair the attached overhang, covered area. They were responsive and arrived on time for the estimate. Once the estimate was approved, the work was completed quickly and professionally. Quality work for a great price!

  Bill and his crew were incredible to work with. Bill was super helpful in assisting with our insurance claim as it was denied the first time but came back out for a second inspection to help us ensure we got approved. He was very flexible in getting payment to him and very good at communicating through the process. He was able to start very quickly and had the job completed in 1 day. Thanks guys.

  On Top Construction made this transition easy. Bill made sure my shingle choice was perfect for my home. He explained the process, materials and he was so easy to reach. His crew was professional and efficient, leaving my yard spotless. The installation of a new roof made a huge difference in the appearance of my home.
