  2017 My Mother had hired them to install a roof. Storm came roof leaking. Called and called. I called James Slice and his response was hell everyone's roof is leaking we are in a tropical storm. Since then several times had called no end results. Told me she picked out the cheapest shingles. They only gave her one sheet of shingles for her to pick color. I asked if I can send him pictures through facebook, I was talking about messenger. His response he would sue me. Bottom line you get a roof to not leak. Never will I recommend this rude person to anyone. What happened to quality? So my mother who is now 81 and on fixed income and bad health and on oxygen has her house ruined.

  A call was placed to our office for a roof repair. To the visible eye there is extensive damage on the roof with multiple areas of shingles that have been displaced. We do not feel that aggressive sales tactics were used, as you were informed that we could not in good faith repair the structure due to the extensive damage, and it was our professional opinion that the roof needed to be replaced. You were told that we would pass on the repair as it would not be up to our standards, you then requested a quote. You were not pressured into signing a proposal, the proposal was given upon your request and promptly emailed to you upon your request.

  Storm damage called then came out said they would work with the insurance come a d get back in touch, nope never head from them, called the day after thanksgiving was told taking the day off, we get in touch on Monday, nope didn’t happen, I waited several day and called again was told had a break in would contact me in a day or so, nope didn’t happen, I would not recommend this company to food a dog house, not professional, not responsive, and not truthful

  DONT BELIEVE THE GENERIC REVIEWS. Recently made the MISTAKE of contracting P.C.S roofing to do a replacement due to hail damage. They came on time and delivered the quote immediately. Reviewed it my wife and decided to go with PSC mostly due to positive online reviews. This was a MISTAKE. I asked the salesman let me know the week before they come, so that I could schedule my work around the roof. He said ok. Today I have a voicemail form , James Slice, stating the crew maybe ther tomorrow, but definitely by Thursday. I quickly called back and had to leave a message, that I had scheduled work for those days and needed to know with more time. Mr Slice informed me they don't work that way. Then proceeded to give a lame excuse of having to have crews waiting around to scheduled that way. I really don't think he understood that I just needed to know sooner. BUT HE DEFINITELY DID NOT LIKE BEING TOLD NO! After I said this week wouldn't work for me, he told me that I was irritatied and CANCELLED THE JOB!!!!

  Very professional! The foreman has been with John 9 years. For me that says a lot. John worked with our insurance company and kept us informed.

  Our experience with PCS roofing was top notch. The team was super friendly and made the process so clear and easy. I left for work in the morning with an old roof that was leaking and needed to be replaced, and by the time we came home from dinner the same day, the roof was replaced, looked awesome, and there was no trace of materials or of the crew who replaced the roof! They even put our Christmas decorations back up after they were done. Thank you so much!

  From the first day James showed up, he impressed me with his knowledge, attention to detail, and a legitimate caring attitude.   John Blume and PCS Roofing is the Best!! This is the 2nd time he and his company have put a roof on our house. The first time we had just moved in the house and had a storm which knocked out trees and damaged our roof. We had Allstate Insurance and they didn’t want to pay for a new roof only repair. Other roofing companies had come by in the neighborhood asking to fix our roof but when they found out it was this insurance company they said they couldn’t fix it because Allstate was to hard to deal with. John came and said no problem he would help us and he did!! Last week he put a new roof on our house in one day with two crews working cleaning up and removing debris. He handled everything with ANPAC Insurance and my ANPAC Representative told me it was a pleasure working with him. He said you don’t realize how many roofing companies try to take advantage of the situation but John is an honest person representing his company. I highly recommend John and PCS Roofing!!!
