  No stars if it was possible. Worth getting a second opinion, especially when using insurance or HUD loan. Poor.

  After reaching out to schedule an estimate, 13 days and two phone calls later, the company refused to schedule an appointment for an estimate if my wife was not present. I was crystal clear during both calls that I would be present and that my wife would not be present. They asked about my marital status during the first call, which should have been a clue, and is of NO CONCERN of theirs. In the end, the scheduler refused to provide an estimate unless me and my spouse were present. A COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME.

  really intrusive and personal questions from the first phone call. bad sales tactics. made multiple appointment with roofing contractors and none of them even close to the intrusiveness of rhino back roofing.

  My experience with Rhino Back Roofing has been extremely unprofessional and financially damaging. I completed the work as agreed—on time, to their specifications, and with clear communication—but they refused to pay the full amount owed. What concerns me most is the lack of accountability and transparency throughout the process. If a company cannot honor a written agreement with someone who provides the labor, it raises serious questions about how they operate behind the scenes. I strongly advise anyone considering working with them—contractors or customers—to be cautious and protect themselves with clear contracts and payment terms. No professional should have to fight to receive the payment they earned.

  ★☆☆☆☆ Inappropriate and Pushy Sales Tactics — Avoid: I had Rhino-Back Roofing come out for a roof replacement quote, and the experience was uncomfortable from the start. The salesman made several inappropriate and intrusive personal comments that had nothing to do with the job. It was unprofessional and immediately set the wrong tone. Instead of focusing on the roof, he launched into a long, high-pressure sales pitch complete with a PowerPoint presentation — more like a scripted performance than a consultation. Despite all the showmanship, they rely on subcontractors rather than in-house crews, which raises questions about quality control. The quote was over $1,100 per square for a standard asphalt shingle roof — an excessive price given that no detailed scope of work was provided. They also dismissed key components like rake boards and fascia, claiming they couldn’t match colors — something any competent roofer should be able to handle. This felt more like dealing with a franchise salesman than a qualified roofing professional. If you're looking for a straightforward, respectful, and transparent roofing experience, I suggest looking elsewhere. **Update** I feel obliged to let everyone know that Rhino-Back GM had another sales rep follow up. The gentlemen who called did not know roofing. He made the sore mistake of assuming I do not know roofing. Please stay away from these SCAM ARTIST! They sub out your job to the lowest bidder while charging outrageously expensive pricing. This is a FRANCHISE business that is growing, probably mostly due to insurance claim money. PLEASE AVOID AT ALL COST. I've informed Rhino-Back Roofing that they need to cease and desist. Their sales man that came to my house actually pulled nails from my roof. If it leaks Rhino-Back is going to be hearing from my Attorney. PUBLC SERVICE ANNOUNCEMENT----AVOID RHINOBACK***

  We had a hail storm last week so roofers were out door knocking. Since Saturday four companies saw the no soliciting sign and walked away. This company acknowledged it and said he isn’t soliciting, and still kept yapping. I had to outright shout PLEASE LEAVE over him. Terrible impression, I felt like I was dealing with the very bottom rung of ambulance chasers.

  I had a great experience dealing with Ryan Watrous field manager and especially Captain Kirk Nelson field operations manager. Both where here for the entire job and they were both hands on letting me know exactly was happening as the job progressed. Captain Kirk even helped me with something on my house that didn't even pertain to the roof job. Friendly, caring and I would recommend this company to anyone. My house is very tall and huge, and the job was finished in one day as promised. A great company to deal with on all aspects. FIVE-STAR RATING!!!!!

  Mitch and his crew just finished installing a new roof and gutters at my house. The level of professionalism and workmanship is outstanding!   Excellent company!! We engaged Rhino-Back to replace both the house and garage roofs due to storm and wind damage. Everyone I contacted throughout the process was professional, responsive, and very helpful. Kirk and Joel’s team completed the project in one day.   Replacing my roof was a repair I was dreading, but from my first contact with Cole to working with Mitch and his crew, it was a great experience. Coke took the time to show me all the materials that could be used (complete with samples) so I could make informed decisions. The materials used were of excellent quality. The company was quick to schedule, and all the necessary materials were delivered punctually. Mitch called to introduce himself before arriving with his crew. I had to leave for work. But he kept in touch to inform me about how they were doing and issues that were encountered. When I arrived home in the evening, the yard was spotless and the new roof and skylights made the house look new! They had taken special care to put extra flashing around the chimney. Thank you to Cole for his introduction and careful presentation. Special thanks to Mich and his crew who worked so hard on one of the hottest days this summer to complete the job in one day.

  Every employee that I dealt with throughout the whole process were courteous And knowledgeable and kept me up-to-date step-by-step. They showed up, returned my phone calls promptly and checked in on the progress of the job every step of the way. The crew showed up timely And went right to work, everything was covered and protected, and when I went outside after they were done working, you wouldn’t even know anybody was here.

  I will 100% recommend Rhinoback roofing. I am 72 years old and have never worked with a company so efficient, organized. It was like clock work. Everything was done as they said it would be and in a timing manner. Mitchell was very pleasant and professional The men working under him were awesome.   Rhino-Back roofing was extremely patient and very thorough when describing what needed to be done to replace my roof. They inspected the roof and attic, found two other issues with venting that I didn’t even know about! Showed my family all of the options and the quality materials they use that go above and beyond code. This is the second roof they have installed for my extended family, and if I ever need or know anyone who needs a roof, I will have them call Rhino-Back! Excellent company!
