On 3/15/26 I contracted to have leaks repaired. Major leaks were resolved however there is still a leak. The contract states a 1yr warranty so for the last 3mo I have called unsuccessfully for an appointment. Friday 7Aug, I finally spoke with Jaxon - he would call the week of 10Aug..... no return call or answer to my repeated calls. I can only assume this company DOES NOT care about customer service, satisfaction, quality of work nor a written contract. UPDATE: Apolegetic for the scheduling mishap, Jaxon came out and addressed the leak Aug 19, 2026. I would HIGHLY recommend this company.

Hi Melanie, You had been reaching out to an employee that moved away, so we were unaware for some time. However, we did communicate shortly after your calls yesterday to come up with a plan for us to come out to your house next week and see what’s going on to correct if needed. We are looking forward to talking through your issues and concerns to serve you well.

I'm pleased to share my experience with this company and the excellent work they did on my home. From start to finish, they were professional, responsible, and attentive to every detail. The quality of the finished work is truly outstanding, as you can see in the photo. They also maintained excellent safety standards throughout the entire project, which gave me great peace of mind. I hope my experience and humble recommendation will give future clients confidence in choosing this company. All that remains to say is: THANK YOU for such exceptional work!
