  Not sure about the business or quality of work.. but the professionalism of the drivers driving their trucks on the road is terrible and absolutely dangerous. I was taking my daughter to the Bullfrog Library in Guelph today, and one of their Ram trucks pulls in like a maniac and does a doughnut in the back parking lot picks up a friend and speeds off. I doubt that was a service call. Not very good representation of the company at all.

  Reuter Roofing did work for us in 2022. We were very pleased with that they started the work within 2 weeks of us first contacting them. Everyone we spoke to was very nice. And then things took a turn when only 1 or 2 people would show up to do the work. It took them 3 weeks to complete all the work that was listed in the quote and it was only finished that quickly because we were emailing or calling multiple times a week to figure out why the work wasn't done. When we had initially spoken to them, they promised that the job would be done in a day. Some delays are understandable (weather, people calling in sick) and are to be expected. Those delays should only push the timeline out a little though. 3 weeks to replace the simplest singled roof is beyond ridiculous. I'm just really glad that we didn't have any bad weather during that time. Would not recommend if you want things done quickly.

  Hired Reuter Roofing to replace our clients roof after a wind storm. The experience was terrible. The workmanship was very poor. Within the first months of the "new roof", our client reported water coming in during a rain normal rains, damaging the drywall ceilings in the home. Giving a Reuter roofing a chance to review and repair, they claimed that the issue was the shingles hadn't heat set yet, but months later it was still the same issue. We hired another trade to inspect, and re-attended myself to see for myself, my photos shared here, in how poor the installation was, lack of nailing, raking of shingle installation against manufacturers guidelines, very poor flashing, no drip edge installed, and a significant mess left behind on the roof equivalent of buckets of nails and cut offs scattered about plugging up drains. We satisfied the repair to our important client, by replacing the roof completely, fixed the drywall through out, and offered Cory Reuter the opportunity to repay our exact costs... which he agreed to do, then never responded further ignoring us their client. Many months has passed and Reuter no longer responds simply ignoring their client. Disappointing that they don't stand behind their word, and that this happened in the first place. 1 star is too many!

  Do not waste your time. They do not value yours. -I first contacted Reuter to inspect my roof and fix a known hole pointed out to me by an insulation company. (Nov 1) -I inquire about them coming to fix my roof (Nov 9) no response -I let time pass. I inquire again to see when they will be able to do the job. (Nov 23) no response. -I tell them I will find someone else because I can not longer stand to wait (Nov 29) I get a response from the owner Cory They forgot about me and will be there in a day or two. -Inquire again because nothing was done to my knowledge everything is still the same (Dec 5th) I am told they fixed my roof. But, nothing changed I can still see the hole. I also never received an invoice, follow up call or text. -Today December 18th. My roof is still not fixed. My advice is too find a roofing company that follows up and does what they say they will do. I will need my roof redone in a few years and I will 100% use another company. *Dates are accurate because I have all the logs of the conversations.* Edit: 11/19/2019 response to the reply: there is nothing to discuss anymore. I ended up needing a completely new roof costing over 20k and it has been done by another company who returned my call, showed up and did it within weeks of my call.

  If you like drug addicts and an owner who doesn't know how to roof then this is your guys, they put on the cheapest of the cheap and the owner only cares about filling his pockets with your money nothing else.

  We had a great experience working with Reuter Roofing. They were communicative from start to finish, fairly priced, and really took the time to understand what we needed. What stood out most was how they handled a tricky water entry issue. We weren’t exactly sure where it was coming from, but they thoroughly investigated, kept us informed throughout, and ultimately resolved it. They also shared photos along the way, which made it easy to follow the progress and feel confident in the work being done. Overall, a very positive experience. Would definitely recommend.

  I needed to have snow/ice removed from my roof. These guys got the job done within hours of me calling them...on a Saturday...at the most competitive price...and they left the ice/snow in a tidy pile...and they were so friendly and fair. Generally speaking, for me it often takes a few tries to find service people I want to continue working with. I'm glad that I've now found my snow/ice removal guy for years to come. Great job, Reuter Roofing!!!

  We had Reuter Roofing install our new roof in July. It was a big job as we coordinated with the neighbour in the other half of our semi so the entire roof was done at once. There were some challenges with the weather as it ended up being a very rainy week. The installers were friendly and no garbage or nails were left behind. From start to finish Cory was knowledgeable and professional and we are very pleased with the final look!

  Very uneven work between two roofers — poor workmanship on one side obvious inferior- inspected but no responsibility taken — soon after a massive leak of water into house on that side during rainy periods and awaiting fixing in better weather by another company at our cost. Update - we appreciate Cory’s quick response to our concerns and coming to inspect the issue the next day, ascertain an issue and make some alterations that we hope have alleviated the problem of water leakage into the house. Update - more serious leakage continued and the interior ceiling will have to be replaced. - 4 months later we have finally secured another roofer who has had to redo everything on that side of the back roof with small dormer. While the first job was for only the back roof of a small house - after a small leak on one side and this extensive one we have to pay more for both exterior and interior work.

  Huge thanks to Mike and this team for the amazing work the did with replacing my roof and replacing gutters, soffit and fascia with other additions. They were quick and worked very smooth with their execution. I also really appreciate their honesty and knowledge from the start when we try to patch the roof and replace the caps. I highly recommend this company.
