  We did not hire this company and would stay far away from this company after this situation. My neighbor decided to hire this Contractor to install new eavestrough and soffit around there house. Empire eavestrough thought it was a good idea to enter my property and go onto my garage/porch roof with NO Consent. Not even an effort to come knock on the door as we have cameras around house and good thing we did. Empire went up onto my metal roof leaving damage to the roof area as we have videos of them on the roof passing the metal across the roof area. Even one video of them passing the metal across my roof and the foreman saying scratching as there passing it across my metal roof. Unfortunately you need 30 second videos to upload on here or else I would upload for everyone to view. They were back to my neighbors at least 3 times and couldn't have the decency to come knock on my door to look at the damaged they caused but they decided to go on my roof and property with no consent before. I provided a very reasonable and sensible way to rectify this situation but never heard back from the company so here I am months later leaving this review so other home owners or neighbors don't have go through what i have with this company.

  We are disappointed to read this review. The claims made here were never discussed with us or given the opportunity to be properly investigated. The last communication we received from you was an email stating that you would inspect the roof and contact us the following week to arrange a meeting. Unfortunately, that follow-up never occurred. Because that conversation never took place, there was no opportunity to determine what, if anything, had actually occurred or whether any of the concerns raised were attributable to our work. We were therefore surprised to see these allegations appear publicly months later without any further communication. We stand behind the quality of our work and have always been willing to address legitimate concerns in a fair and professional manner. Our door remains open should you wish to discuss this matter directly.

  Never trust this company they are fraud . Over two years I been calling them to come back and finish the job never came back they received over $ 9,000 for job never completed. I keep calling his wife she’s running his home office. And …

  We just had our eaves, fascia, soffits, and exterior trim replaced on our 100-year-old house, and we couldn't be happier with the results. The team did a fantastic job from start to finish. It’s an older home, which of course comes with a few surprises, but any additional work that was needed was clearly explained, communicated before proceeding, and priced reasonably. We really appreciated the honesty and transparency throughout the project. The work was fantastic, the crew was professional and respectful, and the finished product looks amazing. We highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality work from a stellar team!

  We had these guys come out to do our eavestroughs, facia and soffit. Our old white ones were falling apart and leaking everywhere. We had them redone in black and has some of the downspouts moved. …

  Had some previous issues with eavestrough so we decided to get it all redone last fall with 6 inch and leaf guards and had them fix the drip edge that was causing lots of problems. Waited to the spring to review to make sure everything worked out and it did so here it is. Looks great, works like it should and the price was lower than all other quotes. In fact the price for the troughs and downspouts and labour was so good we got the soffit and fascia done too. Reached out with a few questions during the winter and they got back to me no problem. Getting a quote for the siding this year.
