This company was soliciting throughout my neighborhood despite signs against it. They left their trash business card at my door, littering right in front of my house. Don't use this company that disregards and disrespects neighbors.

  Reply from the business

We're very sorry our representative ignored your "no soliciting" sign and left our business card on your property — that is unacceptable and disrespectful. We will investigate this incident immediately, address the individual or contractor involved, and reinforce our no-solicit and littering policies with all staff. We take neighborhood rules seriously and will remind our teams to respect signage and not leave materials at homes. If you’d like this handled directly, please contact our customer care team via the phone number or email on our website and reference this incident.

I have a no soliciting sign on my door. People from this company came by twice. Once they knocked and I ignored them. They came back several minutes later and rang the bell even though the sign also says not to. That request is there because we have a baby that naps. Guess who woke up from the ring. They either don't care or didn't notice the sign, both are red flags for me.

  Reply from the business

We are very sorry our team knocked and rang your bell despite the no soliciting sign and for the disturbance to your baby. That behavior is unacceptable and not in line with our standards. We will investigate this visit, reinforce the no-solicit policy with our staff, and take steps to prevent a recurrence. If you would like to report details or have us mark your address as off-limits, please contact our office at your convenience.

We had an overall very good experience with Republic of Texas roofing. Eric Riojas is knowledgeable and personable and I am very grateful we had him to help us through the entire process, especially the initial inspection with our insurance claim adjuster. They easily handled some additional lighting and small home repairs beyond our roof insurance claim that we had been putting off and we also had them install four velux sun tunnel skylights while installing the roof. The natural light in the house is gorgeous and well worth the additional work and cost.

  Reply from the business

Thank you so much for the kind review, Laura. We're glad Eric and our team could guide you through the inspection and insurance process and take care of the lighting and small repairs you’d been postponing. It’s wonderful to hear the four VELUX sun tunnel skylights and new roof are filling your home with natural light. Please contact us anytime if we can help with future projects.

I had an excellent experience with Republic of Texas roofing and construction. They were extremely responsive, professional, and eager to help from the very first phone call. I called on a Friday evening and Eric came the next morning (less than 24 hours). He inspected the problem, provide a quote, and even performed a temporary repair to prevent further leaking. Their quick response gave me peace of mind, and it was clear they genuinely cared about helping rather than just making a sale. The team was courteous, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain my options. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable, timely roofing service and outstanding customer care.
