  Hired to paint a house, replace windows and gutters, totaling over $20,000. The painting and window work went smoothly; the only minor issue was that no one on site spoke English. The gutters, however, proved problematic. Jason couldn't find time to meet, unlike when he sold the job, but he did send someone twice—once to fix rotten fascia, which should have been addressed initially. I had another contractor inspect the work, and they identified a few issues, which seemed to irritate Jason, as he responded with attitude and an unprofessional lecture. After a month of this, I decided to have the other company correct the problems and move on. I also chose not to hire them again for painting and gutter replacement on a second property I own. It seems that if a job goes smoothly and there are no complaints, they'll do fine, but personally, I would not hire them again.

  Met with Jason, received a quote in writing. Once I accepted proposal, received a date to conduct the work. Colby and Keith showed up, did the work. Both were very professional, polite and completed the work on a timely manner.

  The owner Jason and the staff at this company were very professional, pleasant and friendly. I am very satisfied with there work. I also had the trim around the house painted, they handled that as well. The cost included the gutters with gutter guards and the paint. I whole heartily recommend using Renova Exteriors.
