  We do understand your frustration we had tried to set your job up for last year but our season came to and end, and told you we would have to address this at the beginning of our season next year. We had our roofing crew up and running for about a week prior to talking to you. Since the start of the season we have been trying to find a qualified siding installer as we cannot just send anyone that does not know what they are doing as we expect quality work for out customers. Now our employee that was our full time siding installer, his father passed away and unfortunately he had to move back home to take care of his mother. It was very unfortunate that he had to go but we understand the importance that family comes first. Nancy we had every intention to complete you job for you but we cannot send just anyone to the job with no experience. We went for free to cover the exposed wood you had with synthetic to protect it from rotting as it was left exposed from the person or company you hired before contacting us. We were extremely apologetic on the phone with you and were trying to find a solution for this situation. We did understand your frustration but you were extremely rude and vulgar when we tried to explain everything to you. We did loose a company truck but it was in no way flipped. We can understand why you were unhappy but we did not rip you off like the person you hired to complete the job before. We accepted no money and never charged you to wrap the exposed wood. Please for future reviews please write all the truth.

  Great service! Reno Bros came to us when our roof started leaking. They were able to come out the same day, assess the situation, and give us an estimate within a few hours. We got a new roof on our house in two days! The workers were polite and professional, and they cleaned up after themselves very well. Our new roof looks great!

  Had Reno Bros do my moms house and was amazed with the service from the initial meeting to talk about pricing to Shawn and his crew showing up on time and getting the job done in speedy time and very professional. Was even amazed with the clean up after no nails in my yard nothing. Would totally recommend Reno Bros to anyone needing roof repair or even new shingles. Thanks Mike , Shawn and crew.
