  Brenda, first we’d like to address the fact that we did not perform any work for YOU - you are claiming we did work for one of your relatives but we highly doubt the validity of that claim. However, every roof that we do is covered under a 15 year workmanship warranty that would cover any leak or defect caused by improper installation. There is also a manufacturers warranty that covers our workmanship as we are a GAF MasterElite contractor. We inform every homeowner of this and provide them with the warranty paperwork. We also always inform our customers that if there is ever an issue they should contact us directly so we can provide the necessary repairs. Also, whenever we do a roofing project we pull a building permit as required by local municipalities. After our work is completed the building inspector for that specific jurisdiction inspects our work to be sure that it is done to code. If it is not done to code we must correct our work until it is up to this standard which happens seldomly as our roofing crews are trained to manufacturer and state building code specs. Therefore it is absolutely incorrect that your supposed relatives roof was not done to code. Finally, it is spelled Renner not “renter”.

  I recently had my roof replaced. My experience with Renner was exceptional! At each step I would contact Ben Lieser with questions. He was professional, informed about the process and always helpful! The crew arrived and got the job done quickly. I couldn’t be more pleased. Ben is the best!!!

  We just had our roof replaced. We are very pleased with the results. David at Renner Roofing stepped us through the whole process from beginning to end, answering all our questions and addressing all our concerns. He is very knowledgeable and professional in his field. He made the whole experience stress free! We also want to give a big shout out to Andrea in the office. She was extremely helpful and supportive with the paperwork and dealing with the insurance company. I don’t know what I would have done without her help, but let’s just say I didn’t have any anxiety about the paperwork because those insurance companies can be sticklers about things. Andrea was patient and friendly and made the process seem easy. We enjoyed working with everyone at Renner Roofing and would highly recommend them. Thank you!

  Have worked with Renner Roofing a couple times in the last couple years and have had a great experience. Cody, Dave and Aaron have been great; answered my questions, arrived on time, as expected and were always friendly and easy to work with. They go above and beyond to provide exceptional service. I would highly recommend them!

  Tanner and his crew did an awesome job. He went above any beyond to make time for us and answer all our questions. They had a large barn and large farmhouse to tackle. They were super fast, very efficient and professional. I highly recommend them!

  They were amazing from start to finish. I worked with Marten and he was phenomenal. Timely communication, excellent follow through . They replaced our entire roof in half the day and there was minimal to no evidence that they were there. He sent update pictures on the progress. He insured even afterwards that we were 100% satisfied.
