  Customer support non existent unless you call every day and beg for updates answers etc for a panels to be re installed. Nobody can return a phone call. Something so easy is made much harder then it needs to be. Dont even get me started on Sunrun.

  never hire this company to remove or install solar panels on Your roof. They damaged so many of my shingles on my brand new roof which i had completely redone a week before, and they lacked all accountability after I called them out for it …

  Remi has the worst customer service I’ve experienced in all my years. Don’t expect to get timely responses or for the service crew to arrive within the service window, you’ll be disappointed. They failed to fix the system properly on their first visit. It’s been over a month trying to get them back to do it properly.

  Remi Roofing was hired as a contractor to replace our roof. Upon completion, I went into the attic to inspect their work and noticed obvious signs of mold remaining in the decking. Concerned about this as we were about to list the house for sale, I reached out to the representative who informed me that they had done a visual inspection from the outside and believed that there was no issue. Furthermore, in writing, we received confirmation that should the inspection fail they would return and fix the issues in the decking. The inspection came, found mold, and sure enough when I reached out to Remi Roofing and their sub-contracting partners, they came back claiming they had fulfilled their end of the contract and did not intend to return to repair the remaining damage. Apparently the decking of the roof is not included in the very costly and expensive purchase of a new roof when you go through Remi, and they disappointingly will not fix a job they (in writing) claimed they would. Very disappointed with their work and their integrity.

  Found all this after job was done... I have a dog, 4 year old, 2 year old at this house and this is how they left my walkway into my house. Scattered rusted nails, screws and even a sharp shard of glass.

  Subpar experience from start to finish. We paid a premium to go through Remi for our sunrun solar un/re-install and roof replacement. There was a distinct lack of coordination from Remi throughout the process. We had difficulty getting in contact with our contractors repeatedly, but when I called Remi support they were able to get an answer within 10-minutes. Weird, but okay. We had significant issues with the scheduling and execution of the solar panel reinstall. I called customer support repeatedly. It was only escalated to the “resolutions team” when I made my third call. I only got a supervisors attention when I asked for it specifically. I was told I would receive a call next-day by this supervisor regarding guidance from leadership/the resolution team, only to receive zero contact (call or text). Now, two days later, I’ve received an email that our escrow account has been closed and all contractors have been paid. This is especially frustrating as part of my complaint was the fact that we paid a premium to go with Remi, only to have their contracted company take 10 days to complete the reinstall. We lost power during this time and have accrued an electric bill — something this property has not had for years, thanks to the solar panel system. Most especially frustrating is that while Remi is based in mountain time, they have contractors completing work in other time zones but have no support agents available during this time. I spent two hours trying to get in contact with our solar panel contractors and Remi only to have calls be dropped or left ringing because of this. I would not use Remi in the future, and I do not recommend others to do so. The customer support team remained kind while I went through the wringer with these contractors, but their ability to provide actionable help was unfortunately absent.

  This has been a horrible experience when a crew finally came we thought they did a good job until my husband noticed that there wasn’t drip edge He tried to contact the company to get this fixed there is no communication with this company just excuses 2 minutes later it’s still not fixed

I'm glad we were ultimately able to get a crew back out and complete the corrections to your roof.   Remi made the roof replacement a breeze. They replaced the entire roof, both the plywood and the shingles. It looks fantastic and should be functional for many years.

  Remi was the contractor I went through to have my SUNRUN solar panels removed and reinstalled for a new roof. They were constantly in contact, and provided excellent service both pre and post roof installation. They were very clear about the use of their company as the preferred contractor for Sunrun and took care of so many details for me in the midst of the “could be” headaches involved in a new roof installation. They were extremely proficient in timing so I did not have to have any excessive delays in my solar system functionality. I worked closely with Josh, and would highly recommend if you use SunRun solar.

  Solar Dogs was Remi’s subcontractor and both handled removal and reinstall of panels promptly and expertly! No complaints!! Best installer so far! ( Last installers missed beams in a few places of our exposed ceilings!)

  They did a great. We had a pretty big miscommunication right at the start of the project and actually both of us had a hand in it. They solved it and the project went to completion without a hitch. The team at our house was great to have around, they were punctual, cleaned up at the end of each day and did good work
