For the benefit of other customers reading this, we want to add some context. Our team spent 10 months, at no charge, gathering documentation and negotiating with your insurance carrier to get your repair approved. That approval came through — the remaining hurdle was the deductible. Waiving or covering a customer's deductible isn't something any licensed contractor can legally do; it's considered insurance fraud, regardless of intent. That's not a Dynamite policy, it's the law, and we hold every job to that standard. Rather than continue a difficult conversation, we made the call to release you from the invoice entirely and part ways in good faith. We've since reached out several times to try to make things right. We stand behind our team's work and our decision here. We wish you the best.

  I got a roof quote and immediately started getting solicitation emails from third parties. It's possible I missed the fine print, but I don't recall consenting to selling my personal information. (I used a unique email handle that was only given to Dynamite roofing, so it's easy to trace who sold my info.)

  Called to get an estimate on a drain pipe repair. And had an appointment. Got a text message requesting a photo of the damage and never heard back. Waisted half a day on them.

  Absolutely terrible. Had to come back 3 times to fix mistakes, tried billing us a number of different times with different amounts. Still having billing disputes 1 year later after our insurance paid them. Buyer beware.

  Dynamite Roofing just came out and gave me a bid on my facia soffit and gutters! They even had the copper color I want! I particularly want to give a shout out to Tricia who was very professional , kind, sweet .and listened to all my concerns! She helped with color and design and was very knowledgeable.   ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Dynamite Roofing and Jason, the owner was amazing and easy to work with. From start to finish, him and his crew were professional, quick, and reliable. He replaced the roof on my house along with two sheds in my backyard, and they had everything finished by 2 PM! I was really impressed with how quickly they got everything done without sacrificing the quality of the work. Jason genuinely cares about taking care of his customers. You can tell it’s not just about getting the job done and moving on to the next one. He wants to make sure his customers are happy, uses quality products, and stands behind the work he does. That kind of customer service is hard to find and is what makes him such a great business owner.   Dynamite Roofing was excellent. They were fast and super responsive. They take lots of pictures of their work before, during, and after. They have nothing to hide. They take pride in their work and go out of their way to make sure you are satisfied with every part of it.

  I cannot express how wonderful this company is.Their work was stellar, the workers amazing and efficient. (Very clean, not a shingle or nail left on the ground). You can’t beat their prices for the exceptional work they do. They even gave me the most awesome drone video of my roof!

  I had an active roof leak and called 4-5 roofing companies. Dylan was awesome and showed up within the hour! He fixed my leak and even gave me tips to work with my Insurance.   West Wendover!!! Great performance from everyone in dynamite’s roofing. Great experience from the staff to the guys installing the roof. They went that extra mile to get rid of damaged pan sheets. Greatly recommend this team to everyone. Parker!!! I feel he made this possible, he took control talking to my insurance. Even after my insurance had told me that they would not cover the costs. Parker thanks for making it possible. Labors have a great work pattern I was watching my roof get replaced and they have a great system. Great props for the labor crew!!!
