  We were initially excited about working with Havn, signed their contract, and we tried to keep in touch and they promised to give us regular updates and then they ghosted us entirely. Nice sales person, but ultimately broken promises.

  Looks like they do a good job. BUT..the crew fired up the generators and nail guns way before 7am when it is allowed in our city. The 630 wake up was jarring. I roofed in college. It is very hot all summer. The heat sucks, but you have to be considerate of the neighbors and city ordinances. I hope they do not do this at every stop. It is simply inconsiderate.

  This is very poor quality work. I've complained to the HOA and contacted the contractor directly (left a voicemail with my contact info) yet nothing happened, nothing changed. I had to remove nails from the PUBLIC ROAD and the private coutyard AFTER their response and reassurance that things would be fixed. Their response was lackluster and only indicated damage control, not an actual concern for safety. >> We’re very sorry and deeply concerned to hear about the unsafe conditions and property damage you described. This falls far short of our standards and we will investigate and address it immediately. We will contact the HOA to arrange an on-site inspection, perform a thorough magnet sweep and debris removal, and arrange repair or compensation for damaged plants and pottery. We will also review crew practices and reinforce jobsite safety, notification, and supervision procedures to prevent this from happening again. There is no compensation for a priceless wildflower that I've watched grow through the change of the season. Just do better.

  Liam was super kind when he asked to take pictures of our roof to give us an estimate of how much it would cost. He later said it wasn't likely my insurance would cover anything but if I wanted an estimate he was willing to send someone over. He followed through. He told me they prefer both homeowners be at the home for an estimate but when I explained my husband has an incredibly busy work schedule he told me it was ok that it was just me. My issue was that I took time out of my day to have HAVN give me an estimate. When the sales rep arrived he wouldn't look at the roof or give me an estimate because he said the estimate wouldn't be accurate unless I bought the roof within 30 days. He kept asking if he could come by when my husband was home because it was better to show the estimate to us both at the same time... I then explained he had an incredibly busy work schedule and I was perfectly capable of getting quotes for a new roof and looking through the information with him. He refused to give me an estimate at all. He gave me a website so I could find an estimate for myself. The sales rep then told me when we were both ready to meet with him, he would love to give us an estimate. I felt so gaslit. Liam was super sweet but everything else with this entire experience was just so off. I feel like either they don't think a woman is capable of making a decision or they think it's easier to manipulate both homeowners at the same time? Either way, I would REALLY be cautious when working with this company. We definitely are not going with them.

  The company should make sure they loan their cars to responsible people. Going 20 over in a construction zone.Swerving in and out of traffic with the company info plastered all over the car looks bad. Especially when you guys are construction.

He took the time to help me understand the damage, then connected me with a roofing expert who provided a free, thorough, and quality inspection. They helped me through the entire process, answered all my questions, and made everything feel simple and stress-free.   Professional company with professional customer service and craftsmanship. The lifetime warranty made it an easy decision, although priced higher than other companies. You get what you pay for. If we had to do it again, we wouldn’t change a thing choosing this company. 10/10.

  We called HAVN Construction to give us a quote to repair our roof. They showed up the very next day. I have never met a company representative who was as helpful when they weren’t going to be doing the job! They probably spent an hour with us giving us tip to make sure we hired a reputable roofer. They even went up in the attic to see what was going on knowing they weren’t going to be doing the job. The temperature that day was over a hundred and 109 in the attic! I would hire HAVN Construction in a heartbeat.
