Very disappointing, they were good to start with, but then strung me out for over a month and more than doubled the price with change orders when the job never changed. Would not recommend using this company.

Unfortunately there are some changes that are beyond our control. Our guys spent hours going all over town searching for a product match. The material that was needed to do your job was not available locally anywhere near your project. The only place that still carried the material was a store that is located hours away. We were told by the Knoxville location, that they may be able to ship the product from the other store. We were just recently informed though, that they cannot do that after all. The supplier stated that they cannot ship it to Knoxville because it is too expensive and would require them having their own guys drive it all the way down just for one job. We offered to have it special ordered and pick it up ourselves for an additional cost. We understand that it can be frustrating to have the cost of a project go up, but the project did change. The scope of work may have stayed the same, but the material cost went up by over $300 and there is now rental and delivery cost associated with it. We are a small, local business, we cannot have our guys rent a special truck, spend over 4 hours (over a 220 mile round trip), plus mileage, gas, and time for free. We have expenses that we have to pay to make a special trip like that happen. We are sorry that it didn't work out the way either of us wanted it to, but we wish you the best of luck.

One sorry company. We've been put off and put off...it's one excuse after another, no materials, supplier issues, you name it, we've heard it. WOULD NOT recommend.

Hi, sorry you feel that way. We service 200 customers a year and tell everyone their project can take up to 2 weeks for roof replacement from the time of contract. Yours was signed 1 week ago... Best of wishes for the next company you deal with though!

Came and had zero knowledge. Quoted over $5000. After haven’t two more opinions we only need a $600 fix. Stay away. They just want your money

Did a great Job on my chimney but poor communication with my roof. A drip rail was not installed and I’m having issues. Can’t seem to get anybody there.

We had a hidden leak we couldn't figure out where it was coming from. They came in and saw that the overall roof needed to be replaced. They were fast and easy to deal with, especially with insurance.

They repaired my roof leak last summer. Their fair quote compared to competitors made me choose them at the first point. But then I saw the quality of their work. My project was done in half a day.

  1) Was helpful with a roof repair when other companies did not have "time" for a repair 2) When it came time that I actually did need a new roof they were proactive in working with the insurance company 3) They have never price "gouged" me :)

I used Remarkable Roofing two years ago for a new roof and I was very pleased with the work and time it took to get done. I had to call a couple months back for what I thought was a roofing issue. They sent someone out to inspect and verified that it was not the roof but another issue that was caused by replacing my windows. Even though it was not the roof, the person that came out fixed the issue anyway at no charge. I highly recommend this company.
