  Dishonest scammers. I had a 9 year old roof with normal wear and tear - absolutely typical for its age, according to a friend who happens to be a full time insurance inspector who looks at rooves all day. He got on my roof and said "yeah, Reitz is 💯% trying to rip you off." Basically they came out to inspect my roof for a potential buyer, they found the only spot where a worker had dropped a tool and caused a single localized damage spot to 1 shingle, and then wrote a report that said the roof had "extreme wear and granule loss." My buddy who has been inspecting rooves for 20+ years was like, yeah manufacturers put extra granules on all asphalt shingles so that they can naturally lose granules over their lifetime and not need immediate replacement as soon as they lose a granule.... yours is very typical for a roof about 1/3 through its life span. So thanks for that, Reitz. It cost me thousands bc they can't tell a 9 year old roof from a 30 year old roof, and apparently neither can the buyers once a roofer tells them the "bad news." ALWAYS get 3 quotes. Never trust a contractor.

  I would never use this company solely based off the behavior of their drivers. One of your employees was road raging on Indiana and was so worried about road raging, they nearly caused a serious accident that involved the victim, me, and another driver. Hire more respectful drivers. The driver had a buzz cut, black sports sunglasses, and was driving a white Ford Ranger or Chevrolet Colorado with ladders in the bed. Unprofessional.

  “Installed” TPO membrane roof on a new build in Denver a few years back. Horrible, sloppy work, not to code. Forced them back out to “fix” all the problems, most of which persist to this day. 7 year “warranty” for the original roof has expired and they will not stand by any of the “repairs” done even just 2 years ago, which are of course still leaking. Nightmare of a company, riddled with rude, incompetent morons. Avoid at all cost.

  Unfortunately, I had a sour taste in my mouth after speaking with the receptionist (Melody or Melanie? I couldn't quite catch her name). She had an attitude over the phone that quickly turned me away from using this company. I'd rather wait longer for another contractor who actually appreciates and wants my business.

  Reitz roofing did an excellent job with a repair to a damaged section of ridge vent on our roof. Service was prompt and they kept me updated on scheduling and expected completion date. When my bank mistakenly sent a duplicate payment, they promptly notified me and voided the extra check. A local roofing company that is trustworthy! They also gave an honest assessment of the overall roof condition (in good shape, no hail damage).

  Brandon and the rest of the team are great. They are super quick to get a quote and they won't just give you a blanket statement "Needs to be replaced" like most roofers. I have tons of roofs I deal with for clients and these folks have been the best. I will continue to use them in the future!
