  In my experience: poor communication, dishonesty and agression. If you value integrity, I strongly urge you to steer clear of this company.

  MHEC did a temporary repair at no cost to the customer. Stating this would not last forever and it would need to be demoed and fully repaired if the leak returned. She called back years later and stated the leak returned. MHEC explained it was time to fix it correctly. Respectfully, MHEC

  Called and scheduled an appointment for about 2 weeks out. No call/ no show on the date of the appointment. Have called multiple times and left messages and no one has called me back. Maybe this company has folded?

  MHEC apologizes to the customer above. We changed over our entire office systems; computers and phones. We did have a problem with data and calls not coming in or going through. It took some additional time to get everything corrected. Again, MHEC is sorry for this customers inconvenience. Respectfully, MHEC

  Mile High truly enjoys working hard for all their customers! Insurance claims can become complicated, especially when it comes to submitting supplements on claims the insurance company missed. That’s when Mile High comes in to help remove that added stress from hail damage to our customers home. We appreciate Jerry trusting us with his project!

  I've had Mile High work on two different houses. Each time they did excellent work, communicated well with me about the project, and were a joy to work with. I highly recommend them because in addition to done good work and providing me good customer service, they also helped me spot issues that I had originally missed.

  Mile High Exterior Construction was a pleasure to work with. Our parent’s 50+ year old detached garage needed the siding replaced. LaPrell’s team did a terrific job of replacing the siding where it was needed, but helped us reduce our costs by sanding, priming and painting the sides that we didn’t replace. MHEC focused on our needs, and did a quality job taking care of us. We recommend MHEC for any project you have!!

  MHEC really enjoyed working with Mr. & Mrs. W on her parents’ home! When their father built the garage with friends, they installed 4x8 fiber board sheets. MHEC told the father who is 90 that he had done a really good job! Today’s code requires 7/16 OSB sheathing for the substrate and to install Tyvek moisture barrier over. This is also the Siding manufactures specifications. This extends the life of the new Siding. MHEC looks forward to working with Mr. & Mrs. W in the future!

  LaPrell is honest, cheerful, and TRUSTWORTHY. There are not many Exterior Contractors who care as much as LaPrell and her team at MHEC. I highly recommend you get educated by MHEC before committing to any other contractor.

  We are very happy with the quality of the job done on our house by MHEC, replacing siding, facia, and gutters. They did everything they said they would, they did all inspections, they helped me update any additional problems that I had. They were professional, and I think the owners were on site every day personally checking the work. We highly recommend them. We found their work to be of high quality. It was nice to find someone who actually follows through, and we even felt like they had our back. They were a joy to work with.

  MHEC truly enjoyed working with the Loucks! They were very easy to communicate with and their main concern was that they wanted the job done correctly! They called regarding a "Hail" claim for Siding, Fascia, Painting, Gutters, and Downspouts. MHEC contacted their insurance company to make sure things would go as smoothly as possible during the duration of their project. There were a few additional issues that MHEC noticed that needed to be addressed and taken care of that was not part of the claim. The Loucks were very understanding and approved the repairs to assure their home was moisture proof and repaired properly for longevity. MHEC was very honored to serve the Loucks and look forward to any additional projects we can assist them with in the future. The MHEC Family

  We have a tile roof and have had an issue with the water over shooting the garage gutter for years and eroding the concrete drive & sidewalk. LaPrell & Kashmira came out from Mile High Exterior Construction and accessed what was causing the issue. They explained that tile roofs have a higher roof line than the traditional Asphalt shingles. So, these two ladies explained since the gutter run was not that long they had their employee install a diverter on top of the existing 5 inch gutter. So, as the water is coming down in large amounts or at high speed it would hit the gutter diverter & fall back into the gutter. They also suggested to install a 3x4 downspout so the water would drain quickly. The craftsmanship looks great! We tested the new configuration using a water house and it works great!!! MHEC is the company to call with all your exterior needs and they will perform high quality work.

  I called MHEC to have my roof inspected. I had just acquired my home recently and wanted to make sure the roof was in good shape after we had dealt with some ice damming over the winter. Kashmira and LaPrell (the company owners) personally came out to my property and got up on my roof to check things out. Fortunately, everything looked good and I was advised that nothing was currently needed. They even cleared my gutters of built up plant debris while they were on the roof. I have nothing but great things to say. LaPrell and Kashmira were both incredibly friendly and I had a good time just chatting with them. While I did not purchase a service from MHEC this time, I will certainly be going to them when the time comes for roof or siding work. Its clear that this company operates on truly quality customer service which is something direly missing from a lot of other contractors I have dealt with.

Austin is the perfect example of that homeowner, addressing his concerns quickly. Understanding that it is better to take care of a small problem, so it does not create a much larger problems later which can also create a financial burden.   OMG! Laprell and her amazing crew had the job done in 1 day. I’m a very picky customer and the job was perfection!! Laprell even blew out my leaves in the yard during cleanup. I would recommend them to anyone.

  Jodie is a fun easy-going customer. MHEC was completing a large exterior project next door. Jodie had just purchased her home and needed MHEC to install some Soffit on her shed. Jodie lawn service wasn't scheduled until later. I had some time while the guys were packing our equipment up, so I used our leaf blower on the truck to blow out her front leaves which made her happy to have a clean yard. MHEC also made a visit to her Antique shop which has very nice merchandise. MHEC enjoyed serving Jodie for her exterior needs. Respectfully, LaPrell

  MHEC totally enjoyed working with A & T. They love the home they purchased but wanted to add their own style to the exterior. So we selected rich colors that enhanced the gorgeous deep red brick with a hint of gray in it. Rebuilding the front porch with a modern twist added new character to the home.   MHEC enjoyed working with the Porter family! They needed new Fascia, Soffit, Trim, Painting, Gutters, & Downspouts prior to the arrival of their baby. MHEC started on the side the baby's room would be on just in case of an early arrival! We were set back from the rain and also having to add blocking and bracing to the Fascia and Soffit. But there was very little to finish when the bundle of joy arrived. MHEC was very excited for the new parents, new exterior look and baby.
