  I hired Kidd Roofing to put a new metal roof on my house. It was a horrible experience, absolutely horrible. I finally had to fire them. Don't know how they have such a high rating. Perhaps they give discounts for good reviews. The roofers seemed inexperienced and inept. The quality of their work was poor, they were sloppy, often unprepared, slow and they did a lot of damage to the house. Worse still, they did damage and just walked away from it without trying to fix it or telling me. They only tried to fix things when I pointed out the problem and their repairs were often worse the second time around. Max was aware from the start that there were problems but all I got was platitudes and a small discount for repairs. Terrible customer service and communication. I do not recommend this company.

  We had George from Kidd Roofing come out to do a thorough roof inspection ahead of closing on our new home, and the experience was great from start to finish. George was professional, took the time to walk the entire roof, and documented everything clearly with photos. When we had follow-up questions comparing his findings to our whole-home inspection report, he was quick to respond and gave honest, straightforward answers - including telling us when something wasn't a concern rather than trying to upsell unnecessary work. That kind of transparency is hard to find. Highly recommend Kidd Roofing for anyone needing a reliable, honest roof inspection.

  Over the past year, we've needed a couple of roof repairs. Kidd Roofing was able to make our repairs quickly and for reasonable prices. We know we're going to need a new roof soonish, but we are very happy to get a couple of issues taken care of while we work to get ready to replace it - and will definitely be calling Kidd. Work crews were fantastic, dealing with the manager who came out to inspect and quote our work was great, too.

  We've had a couple of roof issues that needed repaired over the past year and we reached out to them and talked to George. He came by within a day, and we had work done within a week both times. We're definitely going to need a new roof soon, and will for sure use them. It was great to deal with a company that was willing to do what we needed in the moment without pressuring us in to something we weren't yet prepared to do. My wife and I are very happy with their work and with dealing with their company.

  George Streno the General Manager provided excellent service! He has great attention to detail and promptly responds to any inquiries.   I contacted Kidd Roofing for a dryer exhaust vent repair. I worked with George over the phone and Alex came out to make the repair. Both were super professional and Alex did a great job on the repair. I will be using Kidd Roofing in the future for any roofing repairs and would recommend them to anyone.

  Kidd roofing company was great. Patrick was great to work with, responsive, patient, and helpful. The crew was courteous, did a good job "safeguarding" our property, and cleaned up thoroughly. They did the whole job, deconstruction and reconstruction, in a day. They came, they roofed, they conquered.
