I usually don’t do reviews but I really appreciated Trevon’s approach to explaining to why I made need to roof. It didn’t feel like he was just trying to make a sale which is important to me. Most definitely considering moving forward with this company when I’m ready. Thanks again Trevon!

Hurricane Beryl left a shingle in the front yard and we had a small persistent leak in the ceiling. We got a visit from Drew, who was delightful, did a quick observation, and noted no damage and the shingle was from a neighbor. He determined the leak was likely from AC and not roof. Perfect opportunity to sell me something I didn't need, but didn't. And the visit was free. Would recommend.

Tile Roofs Can Last 50+ Years — But Only With the Right Maintenance Clay and concrete tile roofing is one of the most durable materials in the industry. With proper care, a well-installed tile roof can outlast almost any other roofing system. But "durable" doesn't mean "maintenance-free." The tiles themselves are tough — it's everything underneath and around them that needs attention: 🔧 Underlayment wears out. The waterproof barrier beneath your tiles has a shorter lifespan than the tiles themselves. Once it degrades, leaks follow — even if every tile looks perfect. 🔧 Cracked or slipped tiles happen. Foot traffic, storms, and settling can crack or shift individual tiles, creating entry points for water. 🔧 Flashing and valleys need inspection. These are the most common failure points on any tile roof — not the field tiles themselves. 🔧 Debris and moss buildup trap moisture and accelerate wear if left unchecked. A tile roof neglected for 20+ years can develop hidden underlayment failure long before the tiles show visible damage — by the time you see a stain on the ceiling, the leak may have been building for a while. If you have a tile roof in the Sugar Land, Richmond, Missouri City, or Katy area and it's been a few years since your last inspection, let's take a look before small issues become big repairs.
