Eric at Red Phoenix Roofing & Construction was top notch, from the beginning process- explaining how my insurance claim payments work in regards to how the company gets paid (because let’s be honest, that in itself can be overwhelming), the timeline of the project, the easy virtual tool I could use to see different colors on my roof (I know you can use AI, but I wanted to see what the shingles from the company he uses would look like). He explained the replacement process, and his crew showed up ON TIME, and when they left, there was no mess. The only way you could tell they had been there was because I had a beautiful new roof. Spending that much money on a new roof can be intimidating, and I’m thankful that Red Phoenix Roofing happily answered every single question….and I had a lot. My sales rep, Adrian, was very thorough in his initial roof assessment, and even came back out after the roof had been completed to answer a few follow up questions. If you need a new roof, this is 100% a company that will walk you through the whole process in an HONEST way, they stand behind their service, and is just as quick to answer follow up questions after the service as they were before. I would HIGHLY recommend them, you won’t be disappointed!

We recently used Red Pheonix for a remodel/addition on our home and it was seamless from start to finish. We appreciated the respect shown to us and our home that never wavered during the entire 10 week project! We will definitely recommend and use RPRC in the future!

Read Phoenix Roofing and Construction has done extensive work on our home, and I couldn’t be more satisfied. They handled my roof, gutters, hardie board siding, and a new driveway. Also Interior work, new carpet, textured ceilings, replaced windows, and replaced storm door. They also demolished an old shed and hauled everything off. Every project was completed with quality and care. What really set them apart is the consistency and follow through. Felipe Gutierrez personally oversaw each project from beginning to end. He made sure everything was done right and up to standard. Communication was clear, timelines were met and workmanship speaks for itself. It’s rare to find a company you can trust with multiple major projects, but Red Phoenix has earned my confidence. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for dependable, top-quality work.

Felipe with Red Phoenix Roofing replaced a couple of our turbines and did an excellent job. Fast, honest, and professional service — and very reasonably priced. We’ll definitely call them again!

Felipe came by to check out some structures on my roof. He did an awesome job communicating and was incredibly helpful. It would have been very easy for him to tell me that I needed a costly repair and I would have never known the difference but he came up with a solution that worked even better. Really great guy.
