  My neighbor used these Roof Time. The workers seem to be unaware of the neighbors homes and yards of the houses that border the house they're working on. I have an inground pool that now has a layer of dust from the the roof where the workers used a blower to clean up the remanence of the removal of the old roof. Instead of blowing the dust away from my pool, the blew it into my pool. When I complained about it, they sent someone over to say that it can't be helped. He says that I'm stuck with the clean-up of their dust in my pool. Very rude and a lack of concern. I would strongly urge people to use a company that doesn't disrespect the neighborhood. I give this company a D-.

  This google review was uncalled for. We replace 100s of roofs each year. Never have we been accused of disrespecting a neighbor ... because we haven't and don't. We offered to remove any debris (nails, shingles..) out of your pool if needed. There were none. Your pool was on the other side of a fence and to far away for that to happen. Your only complaint was "Dust". There was no more dust blown than a neighbor mowing his yard or blowing off their patio or porch. Less dust than a construction road crew or a windy dusty day. However, We were more than happy to attempt to make you happy until you threatened our representative that you were going to "strap on a piece of hardware". At that point being nice was not an option anymore. Authorities were called due to your threat and we followed their instructions by completing the job and leaving when complete. Now that more of the details and your assault threatening actions have been included... your complaint is more accurate. Have a blessed day.....

  By far the worst customer follow-up or service. We have a failing driveway. We have repeatedly ask for someone to come see how bad this is and we were told to speak to the owner. My husband has reached out more than 5 times to no avail. I would at least think a call back is warranted when a customer calls you. I have 5 neighbors that all have had the same driveway put in, from other companies, and none of them are experiencing cracked concrete, peeling concrete, broken in many places. We probably have parked on it less than 10 times. Again, we asked for someone to look at the failing project and discuss it with us and it is so unfortunate this is the way you treat people that paid you for a job. When I had a commercial job last year, I chose not to hire your company and because of this I am glad I didn't.

  Rooftime did a roof for us and put on a low quality roof that was the WRONG color. The charge was way too high based on the fact that it was only a single tab shingle. Rooftime found out what insurance would pay and magically made the quote match that exactly. Funny! I’d say that roof was about 3,000 overpriced. I DO NOT recommend Rooftime.

  Mrs. Moeller-Miller, We are so sorry to see your review and that you were unhappy with the job that Roof Time did for you and your husband on the house you were flipping. When we originally signed the contract to do the roof your husband, Nick, emailed us the color and that was approved by the new owners and that is the color we put on. From what I understand the house was being sold and the sell fell through so the install went on hold, but your husband never informed us that he wanted to change the color from what he had previously sent us. On October 21, 2019 we spoke to your husband again and he informed us he would like the roof installed on November 18th, but never mentioned a color change. On Friday, November 15th, we confirmed the roof install for Monday the 18th and again no mention was made about a color change. We would have been more than happy to change the color at any time during any of those time periods if we had been notified that there was a change needed. As for the type of roof you had installed, we went back with the same roof that was preexisting, which was a 3tab shingle. We would have been more than happy to upgrade the shingle, but since this was a house flip Nick did not seem to have any interest in putting any additional funds into it other than what insurance paid for. As for a low quality shingle, a 3Tab shingle is a base model shingle, but is in no way a “low” quality shingle. As for the price, we did your roof for what insurance allowed. Generally insurance papers show you what you will receive up front, your deductible, and your deprecation. If you have an “ACV” policy then it shows your deprecation amount in <&> . Unfortunately, your papers did not show this and we had no other way of knowing you had an ACV policy. We did not find out until after the roof had been installed and Nick had called and informed us. He said he was not aware of having that type of policy either. Even though we were not obligated to charge less

  Roof Time General Contractors provided exceptional service with our need for a roof and gutter installation. Roof Time came highly recommended to me. Scott was very informative about every step of the process from insurance quotes to the actual job itself. He was very patient to go over details with me several times until I understood them completely. The day of the job the roofing staff was prompt to start and cleaned up thoroughly after the job was finished. I love my new roof and gutters. Roof Time did an excellent job and I highly recommend them.

  We had a major remodel of our home including replacing 17 windows, scraping popcorn ceilings, texturing ceilings, patching drywall, replacing several old interior doors, new kitchen countertops and backsplash, new tile flooring in 3 bathrooms and the laundry room, new tile and fixtures in one bathroom and removed an old tub and replaced with a tiled shower in the master bathroom, and finally had new carpet installed in bedrooms and the main living area. Roof Time did a great job! Scott Laza is very conscientious, helpful and informative. Scott and his staff worked with us to provide quality workmanship and a fair price. This is actually the third major project we have used Roof Time as the contractor. If you need a contractor that is honest, has integrity and is not overpriced, Roof Time General Contractors is the one to use.

  I have had three houses roofed by this company. The quality and service has been great. Then I had a lightning strike on my house which left a hole in my roof. They came out and gave me a very reasonable estimate and fixed it very promptly. Love this company.

  Roof Time stepped up when nobody else would and came in UNDER budget! I cannot say enough good things about Jesse (my contact) and the gentleman that performed the work. They even corrected flaws from the original installation from 10 years ago while they were on the roof. I will definitely recommend them to my family, friends and neighbors and will use them for other projects (aside from just roofing).

  Roof time has given me one of the most beautiful roofs I have ever had in my life. They also replaced my gutters and screens . John Giordano was very helpful, professional and thorough , from beginning to end !!!! I highly recommend this company, you will not be disappointed!!!

  I had my roof replaced almost a year ago through Roof Time and now I had the softs and wood replaced on my house and painted through them. I will definitely use them again. The are wonderful to work with.

  Initially spoke with Brad, he referred me to John Giordano and I couldn’t have been more satisfied. Each experience has been smooth and professional. Above expectations. The initial inspection was conducted, the estimate given had no hidden costs and was very reasonable and competitive. All repairs completed earlier than expected and very prompt completion accommodating our immediate concerns completely. Highly recommend.
