  Before posting this, i read other reviews, and after working with Ortega & Sons Roofing Llc, i can see why so many homeowners say the same thing. We had a very smooth and well-planned roof replacement experience from start to finish. Even though many reviews already praise the service, i wanted to share our own experience in simple words because it was truly that good. What stood out first was how organized the whole team was. You can tell the owners have a clear way of doing things, and that carries through every part of the roofing crew. Everyone worked together like a skilled, coordinated team, and it really showed on the job site. We first saw this when our neighbor had a new roof installed. Watching the crew work was impressive. The roofers moved with speed, care, and real skill, almost like a system that had been perfected over time. The installation looked efficient, clean, and professional, and that gave us a lot of confidence when it was time to choose a roofer for our own home in Rd Red Oak. When we started getting estimates, we spoke with two other roofing contractors as well. The pricing was all fairly close, but when jeff met with us, he explained the roofing process in a calm and easy way that made us feel comfortable. There was no pressure, just honest talk about materials, shingles, labor, cleanup, and what to expect. That kind of trust mattered to us. Another great surprise was the value. The final roof replacement cost came in lower than we expected, especially considering the quality of the shingles, the workmanship, and the overall service. We appreciated that we were getting strong materials and experienced installers without feeling like we were overpaying. Once the paperwork was done, everything moved quickly.   Gerald and his crew arrived just a few hours after my call to check a roof leak and give me an estimate. At Ortega & Sons Roofing Llc, they got to work right away and found that a roof vent boot had not been sealed correctly. The team repaired it on the spot and then let me know there was no charge, which honestly surprised me. It is rare to see that kind of service anymore. I was very impressed with how fast, professional, and helpful the roofers were. Since they drove out to Rd Red Oak with a full crew and still handled the repair at no cost, I felt the least I could do was leave a strong recommendation. They are now at the top of my list for any future roof repair or full roof replacement.

As a new customer, I was clearly told about my roofing options, what to expect during the inspection, how the crew would handle the work, and the timeline for the job. The roof inspection was fast, simple, and easy to understand. The team made sure I felt taken care of throughout the project, and they followed through on everything they promised. They kept in touch, answered questions, explained materials and workmanship in simple terms, and worked hard to make sure I was fully satisfied. I also appreciated how they checked in after the job was done to make sure everything looked right and was completed the way it should be.   diego came out and gave me a roofing estimate right after i called. We signed the contract, and as soon as the permits were ready, he got the job started. i had a lot of storm damage to the roof, and the crew had to sister beams and handle a big amount of structural roof work. They tore off the old roofing, sistered the beams, replaced more than 15 sheets of plywood, changed all the fascia boards, and finished the main work in one day. After the first inspection, they installed the shingles the very next day. he kept every promise and was very fair about the added cost for hidden damage found during the tear-off. i highly recommend them for roofing work. Everything was cleaned up before the crew left, and you would never have known they were there.

  I highly recommend this roofing team. After moving into my older home, I noticed the area where the roof line meets the chimney had not been flashed and sealed the right way from a previous reroof job. During heavy Texas rain, water would make its way onto the ceiling above the mantle. When I reached out, Diego and the crew responded fast, inspected the problem carefully, and completed the roof repair the same day. They explained the issue in simple terms, showed clear photos of the damaged flashing and problem spots, and made sure the chimney connection was sealed correctly.   i did not use this roofing company in the usual way, so let me explain. A different roofer had replaced the roof on my home, but i still had a leak afterward. That original roofing crew came back more than once to look at the same problem area, yet the leak kept showing up again and got worse over time. After another round of water getting in, i reached out to that first roofing company and did not get the quick response i needed. At that point, i decided to call another roofer for a second opinion. Within a short time, gerald called me back, listened carefully, reviewed the photos i sent, and gave me clear feedback about the roof leak and possible next steps. He was very knowledgeable about roofing, storm-related claims, and how to deal with the insurance side of things in TX. He explained the options in simple terms, including what might be causing the issue around that section of the roof system and what could help fix it. Since TX heat and strong storms can be tough on shingles, flashing, and other roofing materials, it was helpful to get advice from someone who understood those conditions. Even though this roofing company did not complete the repair work at my home, the consultation was very valuable. diego gave me practical information that helped me understand the leak better and move forward with more confidence. It was reassuring to get an honest outside opinion from a roofer who clearly knew the trade. If you need a roofing company, roof inspection, or help understanding a leak problem, i would definitely recommend reaching out. norman and the team were responsive, informative, and professional, and i truly believe my roofing issue could have been avoided if i had called them first.
