  John Peterson at Red Peaks Roofing is very unprofessional, to say the least! I called for some pricing on our commercial building, and I was given a price and then when they were going to start the work they gave me a completely different price than the first one provided to me. I asked why there was a difference in pricing and he said that was the pricing for a limited time. This company will give you the bait and switch either before the work starts or most likely after the work is done. I would consider other options. There are a lot of reputable, honest roofers out there that you don't need to use this one.

  I had heard great things about this company from a friend and family, so I called and set an appt. for 9 am Saturday morning to give me a bid. Well 9:20 rolled around and he wasn't there. No problem they're probably running late. I called and there was no answer or ability to leave a message. I called again later on and still no answer. He completely blew me off, and I still have not heard from him. Terrible way to do business. If something came up AT LEAST have the decency to call and let me know what is going on.

  I decided to go with Red Peaks Roofing based on several individuals that I talked with who had a very positive experience. We had John come out and give us a bid. He was very good to work with and felt like it would be a good fit. Once we got the roof prepped they came out and put everything back together quickly and seemed to do a good job. Well, after all was said and done the they were paid for their work I noticed that what was on the itemized receipt did not actually match what was on my roof. I called and talked with John and explained that there was a discrepancy in the work that was done and my bill, to which he replied he was out of town and would talked to his guys and find out what the issue was and get back with me. Needless to say after several months of calling, emailing, texting, leaving voice mails I got tired and decided it was not worth the stress and frustration. I decided social media would be my best recourse in getting the word out of how he runs his business. With me he charged me for labor and supplies that never happened. Beware he may bill you for labor and supplies that never happened. Be very diligent if you decide to use him to check everything with a fine tooth comb, if he as done this to me I am confident he has done it to others.

  We had our roof replaced on a residential building and the experience was very good. They came recommended and it showed. Customer service was great from everyone we dealt with. They were responsive with the estimate and scheduling, and worked efficiently removing the old materials and installing the new roof. Everything was cleaned up after. Highly recommend.

  The roof installation was done quickly and professionally. Red Peaks was very helpful in working with our insurance company following a hail storm. We are very pleased with the quality of the work and the roof looks better than new. I would highly recommend Red Peaks Roofing.

  My roof was damaged in a hail storm and with all the roofers going door to door, I was overwhelmed. Red Peaks Roofing was awesome to work with and made the process easy and smooth.... And that's saying something....I have 59 solar panels on my roof. 5 Stars for sure.

  Red Peaks Roofing did an Amazing job on our Roof! They were even faster than stated and delivered excellently. I only wished I had come to them sooner. John was phenomenal to deal with throughout the whole process. I will highly recommend them to everyone I know!

  Red Peaks Roofing did a complete waterproofing and renovation job on my commercial building in American Fork several years ago, I recently had a couple of issues in the drain areas of the building and called the owner of Red Peaks John Peterson, who promptly came over to check out the problems. He had two of his guys repair the issues under the guarantee that came with his work. They were fast and professional! I highly recommend John and his crew to anybody that needs this kind of work performed, Thank You Guys!

  PLEASE READ On a holiday weekend no less! I can't tell you how wonderful Red Peaks Roofing is but if I had enough time I'd try! The personal touch was the final straw. What a company!! The workers and telephone people I spoke with, EVERYONE, customer service as it used to be. I can't thank you enough Red Peaks. The new wind turbines that were replaced are beautiful! They walked around the entire house picking up afterwards as well. More importantly this company I'd never used hurried over to help me to keep my dad off the roof! Through a terrible summer what a bonus to find Red Peak Roofing:)
