These guys are very knowledgable and do excellent work. They identified several problems that were left by the roofers the previous owner hired over a decade ago. We had leaks that we didn't know about (yet). They also provided pictures and answered my questions when I verified the problems. They offered several options for repairs, allowing us to get the problems fixed right away at a very reasonable price. It's clear that this company wants to build long-term relationships with their customers, rather than just trying to make a quick buck.

These guys were amazing! From Erick (the owner) making it happen, working non stop with my insurance to get approved.. to the workers working together to have it done in a day and a half. It looks amazing! Erick even took the time to send …

We have been fighting with insurance for months to get our roof fixed. We started with a roofing company that was incompetent and unable to help us. We were referred to Erick by our insurance agent. The experience took a 180 turn for us. Erick was awesome to work with. He was great to communicate and help us work through our different options. We found a solution to get our roof repaired. The workers who came to our home were kind and respectful. They showed us pictures and explained the repair to us. I would high recommend Big West Roofing to anybody.

My roof is getting up there in age, and I really wanted an honest inspection to see how to extend its life. After dealing with other companies who just tried to push a costly total replacement or charge a fortune for unnecessary fixes, …

Sean and Eric are great to work with! I had a windstorm blow off my facia on one of the gable ends of our home. I hit Eric up and the next day they were there to fix it. We get strong micro bursts where we live, Sean made sure to use screws and went the extra mile to make sure this wouldn’t happen again. I would use them again for sure.

We were delighted with the job that Big West Roofing did in installing our new roof. It turned out that the prior roofer had not removed the initial shingles on the house, which meant that the Big West team had a significant amount of extra work, but they powered through the task and with some extra effort finished everything on schedule. They gave great advice on shingle selection, and in general, did an excellent job of helping with every phase of the work. We highly recommend the company. Cole and Louise Durham
