Casey Kalt from Bigfoot roofing was amazing. He was attentive without being pushy. He helped us get our roof replaced using insurance. He knew it was going to be hard for me to make the call because I have small children so he even came over to call the insurance company for me to start the claim. He made the process as painless as possible. He even went out of his way to personally offer support to our family when our baby was sick. Casey is a genuinely good person and Bigfoot is a genuinely good company. I highly recommend them both. Update: The first time it rained after installation the roof leaked. I contacted Casey and a few guys that didn’t speak English came, looked around and left. I never heard anything but the roof also didn’t leak again so I assumed they did something? Didn’t hear from Casey again until we got another insurance check and he wanted it. I asked about who was responsible for the water damage to my home and he said they would send someone out to look. No one came and I haven’t heard from them again. They were great when everything was easy but if you have any issues they will disappear.

Not sure how this company has so many 5 star reviews. I am an actual customer of Bigfoot Roofing in Utah, They hounded me over and over again to give them a review before the job was complete. Which I did. They did do the roofing work although they forced me to change the color last minute because the original I picked suddenly wasn’t available. They had me pay for the gutters ahead of the work, it’s been over a year. I’ve asked them several times, ‘hey guys when are you going to get to the gutters?’ They do respond. Always tell me that they’re going to get around to it. It’s odd, because they don’t ghost me. They took the money over a year ago and then just blow me off and don’t do it.

Hey Sally, Thank you for your feedback. We are always anxious to do better: we do not see you in our system though. We don’t believe you to be a customer of ours. Did you mean to write this review for us? Thank you so much either way.

These guys strung me out for 9 months, only to tell me they can’t get the insurance to pay for my roof. They said they would put a new roof at cost but that was a lie too. You wouldn’t trust Biden with the economy or Trump with your wife, you shouldn’t trust these guys with your roof! This is probably the only real review!

Very honest and great to work with. Two qualities that are becoming harder to find. I highly recommend Bigfoot Roofing and Gutters to anyone. Not only is our roof fixed he helped clean up all the trash the original builders left up there. Above and beyond!

We had Bigfoot Roofing replace our roof, and will always recommend them to everyone! Jeff came and gave us a bid and there was no pressure whatsoever. We had bids from a couple other local companies that came recommended, but Bigfoot blew them out of the water with price, quality, and lead time. The day of install went seamlessly. The guys were there by 7:30 and had the old roof torn off by 9. The new roof was installed and clean up was done by 1:30 PM the same day! Not only were they quick and did an impeccable job, but they left no mess behind. Will definitely be using them in the future for any roofing/gutter needs!

I reached out to Joshua with Bigfoot Roofing because he was highly recommended on our neighborhood Facebook page. They definitely lived up to their good reputation. He responded promptly to all my communications and they were able to come out the same day and get the job done perfectly. I had them replace the two turbine fans on my roof. They even sent me pictures when they were done so that I could see how it looked. I really appreciated that. Highly recommend!

Jeff was phenomenal to work with! My realtor recommended him for some last minute work that was needed at a house I was selling. I reached out on a Thursday evening and Jeff had the job completed by Friday afternoon. Expedient and very affordable. Highly recommend Jeff and his team to anyone looking to have work done!

I had our dryer vent cleaned by Dryer Vent Superheroes of Salt Lake and they let me know our vent did not have a cover which is not a good thing. I asked them for a roofing company referral. They gave me Bigfoot Roofing. Jeff reached out the same day and offered very quickly to come by and take care of it the next day. Great work done safely, clean and reasonable priced. I would highly recommend them for any roofing work needed.
