  Heavy duty on sales. One guy went on my roof and tore off a piece of shingle just to show me that my shingles were old . Same guy came down with nails in his pocket telling me my nails were popped. They were nails that he brought with him. They might do great work but their tactics for getting a job are dishonest. They have a whole routine that’s very rehearsed and manipulative. If you’re not too swift you’ll fall for it.

  The Manager promised they will finish the job right .but ,then when he came. He gave me a story and told me I have to pay more for a job that was half done .He is very unprofessional .

  Too bad this great of a company didn't find time for 2 weeks( after coming in to see the house) to email me my roof estimate. All these great reviews lol ..... I guess too many projects on the schedule RE: I do not know why You answer in such a way and after 3 days from adding the opinion, You know perfectly well that I did not receive this estimate. After all, I sent You a screenshot of my e-mail and You saw that nothing from You was even in spam. Please don't blame me for Your mistakes. You could only write sorry

  Did not use, I highly recommend you get another quote before you hire them. They're the most expensive quote I have received by 6,000 dollars, yes you read that right.

  Really imposed with this company. Joe, Renz, and Kevin made it an easy process. Joe explained everything clearly and helped us understand what would be done to make sure the roof quality was impeccable. Once we signed on, Renz stayed in touch with us as we worked to secure our financing for this and a couple of other home projects, but he was never overbearing or pushy - just politely checking in. He was quick to respond if we had any questions or updates. Kevin and his crew showed up right on time and worked incredibly efficiently and nearly. We unfortunately had a lot of rotted thin plywood underneath our shingles - Kevin gently explained the added cost and made the arrangements to get it done. Despite the unexpected need for an enter re-deck, the crew got everything done within the day and cleaned up beautifully. The ability to see regular progress updates from their photography of the project was extremely helpful, especially the video demonstrating why the redecking was necessary. There was a small mishap with ceiling panel in the garage due to a rotted piece of plywood, and Kevin had a crew out the very next morning to patch and repair. I would highly recommend these guys - they live up to their name, but don’t cut any corners in getting it done fast.

  I called Rapid Roofing to take care of a leak that had been an ongoing problem for me. They came out, found the issue, and solved the problem. With all the heavy rain we’ve been getting recently, I keep checking and no more leak! I really appreciated their straightforward pricing and the options they gave me. They were professional, easy to work with, and most importantly, they did the job right the first time. I would definitely recommend.

  We had to get estimates and approvals as the work was done at a VFW hall. Michael Dietrich Responded very quickly and got the quote to me immediately. He was extremely knowledgeable and professional and their pricing was very competitive. They came “rapidly” as the name implies and completed the work as promised. I highly recommend Rapid Roofing!

  I thought my project would never get done between having leaks under the solar panels. They came in very professionally, took care of the solar panels. The leaks I was extremely happy. They did an outstanding job would definitely recommend them to anybody.

  Great company. A little more $$ than some others but worth every penny for higher end shingles, workmanship and customer service. Also did my gutters and they corrected some issues I've had since the house was built. Was tested and passed with the recent super storm not a leak or missing shingle. Highly recommend Rapid Roofing from Joe the salesman to Kevin the project manager and all the guys on the crews!! Bonus they literally left my yard spotless, haven't found one nail or old shingle they spent hours cleaning up and putting back all my furniture and outside decorations 👍👍👍
