  I’ll start by saying the actual workmanship was good, which is why I’m giving 2 stars. I had previously used Precision for my roof a few years ago and had a positive experience, but unfortunately the company doesn’t seem to be what it used to be. The main issue is communication.. After they did not honor their original written quote, we agreed to the revised price to avoid the hassle of getting new quotes. The workers installed the new gutters but left immediately afterward without speaking to us. I later emailed several questions regarding the gutter pitch and an additional metal piece that had been installed. Since I didn’t receive clear answers, I asked if someone could return to inspect the pitch and contact me before any further work was done so we could discuss next steps. Instead, while I was away on vacation, additional work was completed without my authorization or any follow-up, which was quite shocking. The gutters themselves look fine, but communication is just as important as workmanship when you’re trusting someone to work on your home. Unfortunately, that part of the experience was very disappointing. This was made worse when I was told the work was done “per my request,” which is absolutely not the case, and I have the email correspondence to prove it. I felt as a smaller job, they didn’t really care to take the time with our project, and rushed to get it done and over with.

  TERRRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!! They have you sign a contract for a certain amount and then after the job is done they charge extra amounts. Very unprofessional! STAYYYYYY AWAYYYYYYYYYY!!!! I paid CASH after an agreement was made... few months later they are harassing for more money!! WORSE service ever. Save your money and get quotes elsewhere. They overcharge. Stay away especially from the TUXEDO, NY.

  I had a great experience with Precision Roofing. Charlie, their salesperson, is extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything clearly. Regina and Athene in the office were always friendly, thorough, and a pleasure to work with. Nick, the owner, was especially considerate and understanding—he worked with us when we needed more time to finish paying for the roof, which meant a lot to us. Overall, the team was professional, kind, and easy to work with. I highly recommend Precision Roofing.

  This was my first experience with Precision Roofing, and it was a good one. They correctly analyzed my roof problem, gave me an understanding of the problem, did what they said they were going to do, in a timely manner. Top quality work, very professional organization, highly recommended.

  Hiring Nick, Charlie and their crew to do our roof was a great choice. They planned well, communicated well and had no surprises (other than what the Town had to require from them). The prices for the work are competitive and the tracking of all stages was well documented. We had them do the siding of our home not too long ago, and by that experience alone we felt that a similar experience would occur, and it did. w recommend Precision Roofing to anyone in our area who is in the market for roofing OR siding work.
