My experience with this roofing company was terrible!!!! When we signed our contract in February, Irvin told us the job will be done in 2 weeks, which would've been end of Feb/beginning of March. When that time came he never showed up, or even called us to explain what happen. We called him the 2nd week of March and he told us our new date is March 22nd. On March 22nd he never showed up, or even called to explain what happen. We called him a few days later and he said there were rainouts so he couldn't get to us. He told us that he'll be there within the week, end of March. When that time came around he never showed up, or even called us to explain what happen...SMH!!! I called him on April 1st and he said the rainouts have them backed up but not to worry that our new date of April 10th is it!! He told us that day is "rainouts included," if not that day then the next. April 10th arrived and guess what?..... He NEVER SHOWED UP...SMH!!! But this time he called that evening to say, you guessed it, rainouts...smh!! Let me say this as well, for every date that we were given to do our roof, it did not rain. Anyway on April 11th Irvin and his crew didn't show up again, BUT, we did also spoke with a DIFFERENT roof company, signed a contract with them on April 12th, and our roof was completed on April 13th. We could not trust the work of Long Island Precision Roofing anymore...SMH!! We decided to go with another company.

had a great experience with this roofing company. They were extremely detail-oriented, communicative, and professional throughout the entire process. They took the time to make sure everything was done correctly and kept me informed along the way. The owner Irvin was especially great to work with. He was approachable, listened to any concerns I had, and was always open to discussing them and finding a solution. It made the whole experience feel stress-free and gave me confidence that the job was being done right. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a roofer who genuinely cares about quality, communication, and customer satisfaction!

I cannot recommend this company enough! They were incredibly professional from start to finish. What blew me away was their transparency—they actually invited me up onto the roof to show me exactly how the job gets done and explained the …

I first watched Long Island Precision Roofing makeover my neighbor’s roof. They were clean, efficient and had a regular crew. They also had a truck with special wide tires that wouldn’t crush your lawn. So after they finished his roof , it looked spectacular. Come time for me to do my roof I asked around for estimates of course. Some were lower , some were higher. But most important was honesty. One estimate said I had all things wrong with my roof and I had multiple layers on, that already didn’t sound right. Then came their estimate, it was fair and more importantly, I already knew the quality of their work. A down payment and then when I was satisfied on the day of the job we completed the deal. They were on time and professional, they never bothered my neighbors. Beware of companies that aren’t licensed and insured and don’t spell out exactly what name brand shingles you’re getting. I highly recommend them and if you see my other Google reviews, you’ll see I call it as I see it.

Irvin and his crew of men did amazing work over the years for my families houses and mine. When I first moved into my house we had an issue with a leak from the roof, they came in and took care of the problem and never had an issue since then. They now just completed beautiful well detailed work on my pillars in front of my house. Irvin and his men pay attention to detail and really make the finished project look amazing.

Our home needed a new roof and gutters. My wife and I were not looking forward to having to get multiple estimates from salespeople who were probably just going to subcontract the job out for an outrageous price. …

Responded quickly to my repair and were easy to deal with. Estimates were very competitive, and workers were friendly and honest. Job wasn't as complicated as originally thought, so they lowered their pricing. Glad to see honest companies and workers are still around. Will use again for future projects
