  I would strongly caution anyone from working with Rapid Roofing. They are “rapid” at the expense of quality, which has led to stress, additional costs, and a compromised roof. Rapid Roofing did not come out to inspect or scope the project in person before starting the work. When we sent photos of a specific issue that needed to be addressed, they confirmed in writing that it could be handled as part of the job. However, once work began, they were unable to fix the issue and focused on disclaiming responsibility rather than working toward a solution. After the first rainfall following their installation, we experienced a significant leak resulting in water damage inside our home, an issue we had not had before. We brought in another roofing company to complete and inspect the work. The inspector identified major workmanship problems, including roof vents installed backwards, as well as the following: • Missing starter shingles on all upper main roof rakes • Improper or missing nailing on rake shingles • Incorrect shingle overlaps and gaps throughout • Flashing at the roof hatch improperly installed, allowing water intrusion • Reused or misaligned drip edge and toe-nailed plywood • Poorly executed valleys and rakes inconsistent with GAF installation standards Additionally, the crew also left behind roof debris in our yard that we are still cleaning up weeks later. When we presented the inspection report to Rapid Roofing, they were open to accepting fault and offering a full refund, but only on the condition that we sign a legal release preventing us from speaking publicly about our experience. Of course, I would like our deposit back immediately, given that we now have to pay another roofing company to completely redo their work (on top of water damage from the leaks). That said, I’m not afraid to press charges, and if this review can prevent at least one other person from needing to go through the stress of working with Rapid Roofing and compromising their home, it

We are committed to providing quality service and addressing customer complaints in a fair and reasonable manner. You have declined all prior offers from Rapid Roofing & Remodeling, LLC to inspect the roof and to address the alleged leak under our workmanship warranty. You have also refused to allow us access to inspect the reported issue, which is particularly important given that Rapid Roofing did not replace the entire roof—only the portion outlined in our contract. An inspection is necessary to determine whether the reported concern relates to our scope of work or to areas of the roof that were not replaced by our company. Additionally, you have not provided documentation showing that the portion of the roof installed by Rapid Roofing has been removed and replaced in its entirety, which would be required to support forgiveness of the remaining contract balance and a return of the deposit. With respect to your request for a financial resolution, we must be clear that Rapid Roofing & Remodeling will not issue any refund or waive the remaining contract balance without execution of our standard Mutual General Release Agreement. Any refund or balance forgiveness must fully and finally resolve all claims related to this project. We are unable to return funds while leaving the matter open to continued dispute. To date, you have declined: * Our requests to inspect the roof and alleged leak; * Our offers to perform corrective work, if warranted; * Our offer to meet on site with your contractor for a joint inspection; & * Our standard Mutual General Release required for any financial settlement. We remain willing to resolve this matter.

  The people who showed up to do the quote were nice, however they never followed through. I never received the photos or quote they promised despite multiple attempts to contact them. Moved on to someone who actually cares about earning my business.

So your account was handled outside of our normal processing system. So it did result in additional requests from you and that should not be the case. We are working on a system that will better facilitate email customers to ensure they don't fall through the cracks. However, our system does show that we sent your estimate (and that it was viewed at your email address.) I did email the screenshot of that in our system and a copy of that FREE estimate.   Everything got donetimely, and efficiently, but during the removal of my old roof, all of the pebbles fell through the roof into my attic and this contractor basically shrugged and said “sorry that happens” but didn’t offer to clean up or remediate in anyway.

  They replaced my roof in one day. The guys were prompt, courteous, and mindful of the debris and my neighbors. I would definitely recommend Rapid Roofing if you need a roof replacement. I am planning to call them for remodeling work.
