  The work that Antonio completed I have no problem with. This is not a review of the tech but the policies and practices of Arrocon Roofing. The prep that the company failed to do was potentially costly. The tech showed up at my 3 story home without the adequate equipment. His ladders were too short. Arrocon should have known the height as they installed the partial roof and full gutters. Having the wrong height ladders required potentially additional cost of the covered service. I expected to pay $60. Arrocon said it was an additional $310 to haul ladders up the roof. I said no and goodbye. Five minutes later he called back and my cost was $60. Makes me suspicious that older clients or customers unsure of their practices pay non-necessary fees to this company who send out techs without the appropriate equipment.

  Thank you Wayne for taking the time to do a review. We are very sorry that you have changed your 5 star to a 1 star. I have looked deeper into your service and after reading the report and looking over the photos, you unfortunately have no step flashing around your chimney area. This is most likely the cause of the leak in that area. Micheal has photos of before and after, where it clearly shows that he did his best with caulking and sealing the cracking seams. This was basically a temporary fix for a much larger issue. If you look through the photos provided to you, you can see the cracking seams in the caulk as well as the shingles themselves. I wish that there would be more that we could have done for the $198 tune up but at this time I think the best decision for you would be a replacement.   I contacted AROCON to get an estimate on fixing a flat portion of roof over our garage. Nathan a Senior Project Consultant and Chief Estimator came to our house, expected our roof and sent us an estimate. We agreed to get the work done at which point AROCON sent us a contract which we signed and put a 30% down payment on. Three weeks passed and we still received no calls on when the work would begin. My wife called on the 4th week and was transferred to Adam the project manager of the Eastern Shore branch, where he told us that they needed to re-quote our job and that it would probably be another $500-$600. The company should have stuck with the initial quote and contract which was signed by us and by them. The customer service(if you even want to call it that) was abysmal. I would never suggest this company to anyone. I would rather pay an honest company more money then do business with Adam or his company again.

  Both Michael and Antonio informed me about my roof issues very promptly, and Antonio made several roof repairs to stop the leaks occurring in my ceiling until I can get a new roof. The staff in the office is also very responsive and courteous which has been very helpful too while trying to handle the issue with my insurance company!
