  We hired RamZ Roofing to replace the siding on our house. The end result was beautiful however the process to get there was exhausting and full of unprofessionalism. We were initially told that this service would take 2-3 days max to complete. After many delays, they finally started on our siding days after the original date given. However, the first day of them working, I found out that RamZ Roofing had not obtained the proper permit to do siding in the city. This caused yet another delay and a notice in the mail for us from the city. The crew that had been working that day took off in a hurry and left our house trashed. We had garbage all over the yard, half of the siding hanging off the house, and half of the house was not even covered properly for the weekend. We had to call RamZ and have them return to cover the house appropriately. They still did not cover the house appropriately and we had to call them again in the same day to return. A few days later, we had a brand new crew working on the house. This crew was RamZ employees specifically rather than contractors. The RamZ employees usually only consisted of 4 people, only 2 of which were actually working and not just sitting. There were a few days where the crew just didn’t show up and this was not communicated with us beforehand. The crew had thrown away our security lights without asking, causing us to have to use our money to replace them. After 3 1/2 weeks, the crew finally stated that they were done. My husband and I did a check of the house and noticed that the crew had left a piece of fascia off of the roof area leading into our attic and had missed the fascia on the corners of the house. Once again, we had to call them out to fix this. When the crew came out to fix this, they also had to put the wires that they had taken down back up. We had a satellite wire and an Internet wire. We had showed them which one was the Internet wire and asked them to put it back up but cut the satellite wire as we didn’

  This company does terrible work and are extremely dishonest I would never recommend them to work on anything.

  Help me out a lot. I had severe hail damage. Tanner ( my salesman ) Dealt with insurance company Adjuster so I didn't have to .. They were here with in 2 -weeks starting on the roof. They installed a New roof. New gutters and even a back patio cover for me. Any problems the Salesman Tanner was right up here and took care of it fast .. You couldn't ask for a nicer salesman or a better company. And Yes I would call them again.

  We worked with Gavin in Coshocton. He was able to easily work with our insurance after a windstorm tore up our roof. They agreed to a full replacement. The crew were highly trained and efficient and had the whole thing from stripping to final shingle done in five hours. Five hours! Amazing. Again Gavin at RamZ Roofing is the man to see in Coshocton.

  Jake was very responsive and professional. His crew worked fast and hard all day on the roof. Highly recommended. The new roof and the new style shingles really pop and accent the black canvas awnings!!!!

  Jake with Ramz Roofing did an amazing job working with my insurance to get my roof replaced. Their crew had my roof done in a day. They did an amazing job and cleaned up after themselves when they were finished Would use this company again!
