The product looks good so kudos to the field staff but the salesmen are just that. From lies to delays to excuses I heard it all from them. Took them six months to do my house after telling me initially it'd only be about a month after …

I have a question for you Travis

Tony contacted me to assess my roof due to storms in the area. After assessing my roof, he told me we had damage and we should be approved for a roof replacement so we put in a claim based on his assessment. We got an appointment with the …

Mr. Pradhan, We are sorry that you were disappointed in the lack of resolution of your claim. Unfortunately, we as contractors cannot always control the decisions of insurance companies regarding whether roof damage is covered or not. Nor can we control the lack of communication coming from insurance adjusters. Ryan communicated to you that perhaps a contractor who is more local to you would be better to suit your needs, instead of one based out of the Columbus area. We wish you luck with you claim, and hope you find a contractor who better suits your needs.

UPDATE ON REVIEW: It took almost a year from the initial complaints but the company did come out and remove the siding and replace it. Gabriel and the rest of his install team did a great job. I just wish it had not taken dozens of …

Blackbelt Roofers did a beautiful job on our roof. They removed the old roof & did all that was needed to replace a new roof with any repairs needed before putting the new shingles on. Steve Graham & his team of roofers were wonderful to have doing it & the roof looks so much nicer than our old one! They cleaned everything up on the ground from the old shingles & old stuff they removed & you’d never know there was ever any of the old roof on the ground. Steve was a pleasure to talk to & so helpful & kind to my husband & me.

Our skylight and roof was leaking and TSR/Blackbelt Roofing was recommended by our insurance agent. Unfortunately insurance would not pay for a roof or repairs so after a couple other estimates we went with The Blackbelt Roofer. We have a …

Had a knock on door, it was a stranger, he said we are doing roof work in your neighborhood and we are offering free inspections…I usually decline and move on this time I decided to let them. 30 minutes later they said I had hail damage more than likely covered by insurance. The experts at Blackbelt Roofer were right, insurance covered a new roof . One month later a great crew of guys showed up and our roof was replaced. From start to finish was stress free. Everyone from sales to management and they install crew weee fantastic !!

Very happy with Tony and Travis Stevens Roofing. Very professional roofers who did an outstanding job. Our roof took 2 days to complete due to rain, but couldn't be happier with the results. They also took the time to take an old Directv satellite antenna off the roof as well. No nails or trash in the yard after! Thank you to Tony and Travis Stevens Roofing for a job well done!

Excellent experience with TSR. They knocked on our door a few weeks ago, following some pretty significant storms, and did a knock out job from start to finish. This company should be the standard for all roofing businesses. Fast, professional and friendly.
