  We used Panda Roofing and things looked good at the time, I was told the shingles would sit down in the heat. I now walk around my home and see the staples where the shingles are raised. My wife called them and they said call your homeowners. So much for standing behind your work. Very questionable quality.

  Message after message after ignored. Applied for , and got approved for a loan. Upwards of 20 grand. They told me they could start this fall - it’s almost December and I haven’t ever even heard anything back other than “we had a project …

  I made an appointment with this company and they called to change the times twice. I finally took my business to another roofer to get the job done. Very disappointed with this company and not one I will ever think of using again if something happens in the future with our roof.

  Great job fitting me in quickly when I saw I was missing shingles. I now know why. 6 months later and I am getting water leaking and had a different guy from another company come inspect the roof and not only did panda roofing incorrectly lay the new tabs, he creased and then glued down the other broken ones. I know have to file an insurance claim due to the poor quality and I can not use mismatch color as a claim reason since he put different color on the roof. Very disappointed and feel like I was taken advantage of.

  I can’t say enough about Panda Roof. From my first call, to Marcus, to Kim our project manager the entire experience was flawless. The team came today and what a transformation of our home. They were polite, cleaned up every scrap and bonus left the place looking a lot better than when they arrived 😊! They did an outstanding job!! It looks amazing. Several neighbors stopped and couldn’t believe the workmanship. Hands down would recommend this company. Thank you Panda Roof.

  Great Work – as usual! This was the second home that I engaged Panda for a completely new roof. The first home was a standard asphalt roof and the last (this one) a metal roof. I admit my preference now is the metal roof, but both were expertly done. Pandas uses only the most experienced roofers. All necessary material is completely calculated out and pre-delivered with no delays. They include a complete inspection and include – up front – any necessary repairs so there are no surprises at the end. Both jobs were on time, and they took care of everything and complexly cleaned up at the end. Also, I got a number of great compliments from the neighbors on the appearance of the new metal roof – looks like a new house and all done in one day. Looks like I finally lucked out to find such a competent, honest and responsible contractor – Thank you Panda.

  It has been a little over a year now that we had Panda Roofing do our siding, put up the shutters and shutter dogs for us and we love it! The crew was great, Marcus is always nice and professional. The pictures are before and after, beige was before and white after.

  Sales representative extremely knowledgeable and responsive, even on weekends. Work not yet performed but if their construction crews are as good as their sales and scheduling support, we expect a good experience overall.
