I had my 472m2 roof replaced, and it was an excellent experience working with company: Ramsey Roofing. From the first day on site to the final cleanup, the whole roofing process was handled in a professional and organized way. The office team, management, and roofing crew all stayed involved, kept communication clear, and made sure the roof cover installation was done right. After the job, I noticed a small leak, and even though it was not caused by the crew, they came back within hours of my call to inspect it and fix it right away. That quick response gave me a lot of confidence in their service and workmanship. They also took extra time to check the surrounding roof area and add value to the overall project, which I really appreciated. If you are thinking about a roof replacement, roof repair, or any roofing job in Elk Grove, I believe you will be just as satisfied as I was. The team delivered quality work, strong customer service, and a smooth experience from start to finish. I would gladly recommend them for any roofing project, large or small.

There are a lot of roofing companies out there, but if you want top quality workmanship, on-time service, and great communication, choose Ramsey Roofing. Seeing the owners on site each work day making sure the roof, siding, and gutter project stayed on track and every detail was handled right gave us a lot of peace of mind. I worked directly with Roger, and he made the whole process of getting a new roof worry free and easy from start to finish. In Elk Grove, it was great to have a crew that understood the local weather and made sure our home was protected and looking its best. We are very happy with the results and could not have asked for a better experience.

This roofing company was the first of four roof estimates we got. Zachary, the sales rep, arrived on time and was very professional and patient with all of my questions. We needed a full roof replacement because the plywood under the old shingles had worn out, and we also had to replace two skylights. Zachary sent several estimate options for different skylight styles we were considering. After comparing a few other roofing bids, their price was right in the middle, which felt fair for the scope of work. During the next few weeks, I emailed Zachary many more questions, and he always replied quickly, clearly, and professionally. That gave me a lot of confidence in moving forward with the project. The office staff was also organized, helpful, and prompt with the contract, scheduling, and updates on each phase of the job. When the work was getting ready to start, Roger, the project manager, reached out and explained the process step by step. Roger answered all of my questions clearly and made what could have been a stressful roof replacement feel much easier. The roofing crew did very detailed work and took photos throughout the project so I could see the progress. Roger made sure everything moved smoothly from the carpentry repairs to the new roofing installation and the interior touch-up around the skylights. Overall, the whole team was professional, skilled, and easy to work with, and the entire roofing experience was excellent.

After storm damage to our home, we started looking for a reliable and budget-friendly roofing contractor we could trust. We wanted a roofer who could guide us through the insurance claim and make the whole roof replacement process less stressful. Dale met with us early on, explained each step clearly, and helped us work through the insurance paperwork. The project manager also met with the adjuster and helped move the approval along quickly and smoothly. Once everything was approved, the roofing crew worked with our schedule to set the install date and completed the job on time. We were very happy with the workmanship, the communication, and the overall care they showed throughout the project. Any remaining questions or small punch-list items were handled right away, and Camden completed a final inspection to make sure the finished roof looked great and that we were fully satisfied. The whole team was professional, helpful, and easy to work with from start to finish. We highly recommend them to anyone needing roof repair or a full roof replacement.

i hired Ramsey Roofing for needed roof and siding repairs on one section of my home in Elk Grove. From zachary, the friendly first person i spoke with in the office, and later roger, who was also very helpful, to camden, the knowledgeable estimator who really listened to my repair concerns instead of trying to upsell extra work, the whole process was smooth and professional. The crew kept me informed the entire time, showed me the dry rot and related roofing issues they found, and explained in simple terms what needed to be fixed to protect the house. The team worked hard each day in the hot weather and stayed focused on getting the job done right. They handled the roofline, siding, and gutter-related repairs with care and made sure the problem areas were fully addressed. i was especially impressed with their honesty, clear communication, and fair approach. This was one of the best experiences i have had with a contractor, and i would recommend them to anyone who needs roof, siding, or gutter repair work. They do solid work, stand behind the job, and make sure the home is protected when everything is complete.
