4 ever roofing did NOT DO A GOOD JOB it was just barely ok in my opinion, My daughter in law's home where she has a few kids & she is in a wheel chair disabled ,her hm wasn't given the job quality paid for. Her home needed a full roof replacement, they came out tore the roofing all off, threw it all over her yard on top of her bushes, trees, a Lil on cars & in drive way, porch everywhere really, BUT the real issue more concerning was ALL THE DANGEROUS NAILS, NEW 1'S & THE OLD, piles of them all over the yard, porch driveway "EVERYWHERE" THEY LEFT A MESS , they ( my son )had to use a magnet's & a rake to try to get them up where the yard was safe for the kids to be outside again. She got 2 lg piles gathered when all picked up. All so they banged so loudly on the roof the lights inside were swinging, the inside roof cracked & at times we thought they were going to fall through. They used there hose & idk why the roof has a few spots that looked scorched/burned so maybe they needed for that ,but it shouldn't look burnt when new, & her whole roof looks like high & low wavy spots all across ,it doesn't look good at all, & they blew a hole into her new material stretching hose saying nothing & the loud Mexican music could be heard in the neighborhood not to say it was hard to hear anything inside the house or while talking on the phone. For the money it cost her roof should look new, flat ( not wavy) no loud blasting music & they should of brought in dumpster so she didn't have nails from her door /porch area & all through her yard where it was not only very difficult for her in a wheel chair trying to go in & out of door & walk way but for her to worry for her children's feet. It was all done with little to no care & serious lack of respect of her, her family or her yard.

Disappointed with original service had to call 3 days for a receipt and had to have a return visit due to not being completed correctly the first time

Hi Carol, We are so sorry to hear you are not satisfied with our service. We wanted to note the original job was completed on January 30 and you confirmed via text that the receipt was received January 31st. Since our business is family owned and operated, administrative tasks may take a few days, however, yours was received the next day. As for needing to come back, the reason was because we had to re-tarp due to the heavy winds. This will happen with extreme weather. Unfortunately weather is out of our control. Thanks again for sharing your thoughts

Leaks fixed. But, 1. Didn’t clean the gutters 2. Debris was left on the roof, nails, paper, etc and had to request it to be cleaned up 3. Spray painted on the lawn and painted the grass and plants 4. Tiles and flashing were not replaced properly, not flush with the roof. Had to have workers return to fix and there are still tiles that are out of place. Would not recommend for future roof work.

This local roofing company is absolutely fantastic and very highly recommended. Ever Hernandez, the owner, and his crew of highly skilled professionals did an outstanding job on my 31-year-old concrete tile roof. The daily crew of 2–6 people were all very hard workers, intensely focused and demonstrated their impressive roofing trade skills with high proficiency. Everyone worked quickly and efficiently as a coordinated team handling a variety of tasks. In the space of 7 days, the crew replaced any underlayment plywood sheeting that was rotted in the roof and eaves; replaced/painted all my gutters and downspouts along with any fascia boards having dry rot/splitting -- essentially a complete tear-off for a concrete tile roof. They installed self-adhering ice and water shield membranes and flashing in all roof valley areas. Then installed a 30-year warranty waterproof membrane on top of the entire plywood underlayment along with new drip edge flashing around the entire roof perimeter. They replaced all the plumbing and vent pipe flashings, including new bases and caps, then installed new elevated roof battens to provide clear drainage and fastening support prior to reinstalling my existing tiles. They also replaced a skylight, including new flashing, waterproofing membrane, and all associated weatherproofing necessary to ensure a watertight installation. The week prior to the project's start, they soft-washed the existing concrete roof tiles of 30 years of grime build-up to remove moss, dirt, and organic accumulation. After installation, they applied a biocide moss treatment to prevent the moss from growing back quickly. Now all my concrete roof tiles look brand new. With mid July/2026 daytime temperatures in the 100s, we were very concerned about heat-related illness issues for the crew. So we freely provided some chairs, an ice chest stocked with ice water, chilled fruit and cold drinks under a pop-up shade canopy in our backyard. The crew was very grateful for

The company has a strong sense of responsibility if anything goes wrong. We wanted our roof to be replaced. It only took them 3 days to complete the job, then have a final inspection another day. The price was also very reasonable.
