  i tried but no email or phone that a person will pick up. I tried to use the virtual chat 3 times and was told i would be contacted soon. my plan was to get work done on my commercial property but since a phone call is to hard to do i can't comment on the work quality so if you are trying to get a project done soon move on to a company that you can talk to and will respect you enough to call or email you back .hope this helps someone.

  Hello Keith, we are sorry that you had this experience, however we believe it was with a different company. Our company does not provide services to commercial buildings. Also, you said that you used a “virtual chat”. Our company does not have a virtual chat feature, so you must have been dealing with a different company. Also, you mentioned there was “no email or phone”. Our phone number is prominently displayed on all of out profiles and websites, and we answer it 5-6 days a week. Our email address is also listed on our website. We answer phone calls and emails as soon as they come in, usually within one business day. We no record of you reaching out to us in any form. I am truly sorry if you did in fact contact us and were unable to return your message. The recent rain has caused us to be more inundated that usual. But, we are still returning all inquiries to at least let them know that we received their message. I kindly ask that you please review your records to be absolutely certain that your virtual chat experience was with our company, ACS Roofing. We are a small, family-owned business and negative reviews that are not based on actual experiences with our company hurts our small business, and the families (which include small children) that they support.   I was told my tile roof needed a drone inspection since tile is fragile and should not be walked on. It was the more expensive estimate service they offer. They did come out rather quickly for the estimate. However they called to ask about the payment for the estimate before they were willing to release the appraisal for my roof repair. Seemed shady and made me uncomfortable. Did not go with their services and won’t in the future.

  We hope everything worked out for you. We truly wish you had made known your concern to us, as we would have been able to explain our reasoning. The reason why we ask for payment before sending the detailed inspection report is that unfortunately our services are often taken advantage of by people who want a premium inspection of their roof, with no intention of paying us. They know we offer premium detailed reports with digital pictures or footage from our drone (much more than just an appraisal). Another reason our services are taken advantage of is because our two inspectors are the only HAAG Certified inspectors in Sacramento, which is one of the highest and most respected certifications in the roofing industry. We are also the only roofing company in the area that provides drone services (the inspector who came to your home is a certified and licensed drone pilot with the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA). We've even been taken advantage of by fellow roofing companies who use our detailed reports and footage as a basis to do their own repair work, which is unethical. Also, we have sent inspection reports to people in the past who then decide not to pay for our services. Nevertheless, we do return the inspection fee back to the customer if they need any repair work done, deducting the fee they paid from their repair work. I'm very sorry for any misunderstanding about our office procedures. If they were not made clear to you in the beginning, they should have been made explicitly clear prior to our inspector arriving.

  Horrible customer service. No one ever answers the phone, left a message and they called back a day later to make an appointment. Rearranged my schedule so I would be home during my scheduled appointment time and NO ONE SHOWED UP. They didn’t bother to call and let me know they wouldn't be able to get to my house today, and you guessed it...no one will answer the phone to tell me what happened. UPDATE: to the owner, it absolutely was your company. ACS roofing. After your technician didn’t show up yesterday I called SEVEN times during your business hours to find out what happened and got your voicemail (for ACS roofing) SEVEN Times because you didn’t answer. Then your tech showed up at my house an HOUR AND A HALF LATE. In fairness, your tech was very professional and identified the problem with my roof. Then as I said you didn’t bother to call be back until the next day and I missed your call. I have now called back FOUR times today and not once has anyone answered the phone (and I have gotten the voicemail for ACS roofing).

We always answer our phones, and follow up with appointments, as customer service is our top priority and we take appointments very seriously. Because neither the name on this review, Maryna Nunya, nor the phone number you called us on were given to us as contact details for your appointment, we had no way of verifying who you were. We have now concluded that you are in fact that the wife of Mr. Stone, who made an appointment with our company with a different last name and number than yours, and to whom we’ve already provided an inspection report. It appears as if you misunderstood that the appointment was a time range, so allow me to explain what happened: Your husband made an appointment with our company for January 24th and was given the time range of 3:30-5:00 p.m. for the inspector to arrive. On the 24th, our inspector arrived at your home at around 4:45 p.m., inspected your roof, made 2 temporary repairs with no extra charge and emailed the inspection report on the 26th. It appears that the time the inspector would be arriving, between 3:30-5:00 p.m., was not clearly understood by you, which is why you called our office when the inspector did not arrive at exactly 3:30 p.m. I do apologize if our office technician did not make it clear to your husband that the 3:30-5:00 p.m. appointment was a time frame that the inspector would arrive, not a 3:30 p.m. appointment.   Love working with ACS Roofing. They initially installed the roof and came back out to update some of the seals and general up keep to help it last longer. They are easy to work with, up front about pricing and are very detailed about the work being done.

  Quote was fair and work was done in a timely manner. The two employees that came to do our roof repair went above and beyond, even cleaning some of our gutters. They were on time each morning, polite and cleaned up when they were done. Trusted the work and would use ACS again.

  The inspection went well and our emergency repairs were completed. It was handled quickly and I really feel great about the service. I'm confident we are protected from weather now. He was really great and explained everything he did. He was very easy to work with.

  I had ACS roofing do significant repairs on my roof last month and they were fantastic to work with. The crew was on time and polite and they finished the work, matched the paint on my chases and even replaced many additional tiles that I did not know where broken. They also gave me a very detailed estimate with exactly what they were going to do and we had no change orders or additional "costs". Great people to work with!

  We were very impressed by the work of ACS Roofing on our home. When they first came out to do the initial inspection on our roof, we really appreciated that Mark got up on our roof to look around. We received a detailed outline of all the work that needed to be done and they patiently answered each of our questions. When the work was completed, they again provided us with a detailed report showing each area that had been fixed, including pictures demonstrating the finished results. In each interaction we had with ACS Roofing, Mark and Amos went above and beyond to ensure we received everything we paid for and that all of the work was done quickly and correctly. After the work was completed, Amos even volunteered to come back out to our home a second time to make sure all of the work was completed to our liking.
