  Save your money and go somewhere else. From start to finish this experience was nothing but miscommunication, broken promises and poor workmanship. Too many excuses when a simple apology would go a long way.

  This is a very disingenuous review. We are happy as a company to own up to our mistakes, but that isn't what happened with your project. Communication with you was regular; there were no broken promises. We do winter projects all of the time, and we always notify customers that there will be delays due to weather. We made you aware of this as well and did our best to accommodate the timeline you wanted us to follow, but we are restricted by snow and bad weather. The workmanship wasn't poor. The roof you hired us to do is finished and professionally done. As for excuses, snow being on the roof and not wanting to cause a leak on the roof being the reason we delayed the project is not an excuse; it's good business practice, and it protects your roof. I am very surprised to have a disingenuous review like this from a local realtor. We worked with you from the beginning and did everything we could to make the winter roof as smooth as possible. I wish you all the best, but I am very disappointed to see this.

  Hello Nicole, I'm sad to see this google review. Its true one of our crew members left our company and made some mistakes on the way out. We promptly came and cleaned up our mess and took care of deficiencies. We didn't leave the jobsite until you and your husband gave us the thumbs up. We were never rude or disrespectful. Your solution to this was that you wanted us to give you a big discount on the bill despite us coming back to fix the issues. I wish you all the best in future endeavors and thank you for the opportunity to serve you.

  Had some work done on my home. There was some good and bad things, but overall, the biggest thing is quality of work which wasn't that great. Not completely happy with it, among the other issues. Edit, not a fake review. I do not have to share who I am nor when the work occurred, whether in the last few days, weeks, months, or years.

  I set up an appointment to quote a repair. The company never showed up, nor responded to me when I asked what happened. Just ghosted me.

  Hello Shane, we apologize for missing the sales appointment. There was a lot going on that day and our sales guy forgot to give you a call to say he couldn't make it. That is our bad. We definitely don't ghost customers. You left us a review on sunday when the appointment was made for friday. We don't have office staff in on the weekends. We also never received a voicemail or e-mail reaching out to us here so we could try and rectify the situation. Our PM has attempted to reach out to you since but with no success. I hope you're able to get everything you needed from us rectified. Have yourself a great day.

A Facebook post was made sharing the announcement of this death, and office staff were unavailable during much of the week of the death and parts of the week following.   Ram has completed several major renovations for us for both interior and exterior projects. They have provided superior service to us and have met the agreed deadlines and budget each time. I would highly recommend.

  I was definitely impressed with the professionalism. They always kept in touch with myself and their onsite roof techs. When there was an issue they were quick to respond. The work completed looks good so far.

  The service we received was excellent which is why we have continued to use Ram Exteriors over the last 15 years. Our first contact was with Jeremiah who presented us with options and the information we needed to make our decision and it also was a significant factor in choosing Ram. We did not feel as though we had to chase them down/they were doing us a favour which we have experienced with many other local companies. The job itself (gutter installation) went well and we are absolutely satisfied with the quality of the work.

  The work done by the RAM crew was very good!! The weather was a big issue so it took a little longer than we expected. The finished product is amazing and we are very happy with the results. Brad and his crew were very personable and pleasant. Big shout out to “G”, who showed up each day with a smile on his face, even when the weather wasn’t great!! Thanks for a job well done.
