  I had an extremely disappointing experience with this company in Medicine Hat. From start to finish, the service was poor. Communication was terrible, and the workers loved their 17 smoke breaks, 2 hour lunches and as I overheard multiple times “ lets just go hangout at the shop”. They often looked for ways to avoid doing their job, including showing up to my house without ringing the doorbell or knocking, just so they could leave and claim no one was home. On multiple occasions, I caught them trying to leave my house without even attempting to notify me, simply because my dog barked at the door. They also caused damage to several items in my home. While accidents can happen, they refused to take responsibility, instead lying and claiming that the damage was already there. I would have appreciated honesty and a willingness to make things right, but instead, they tried to shift the blame onto me. One of the most frustrating parts was when they lied to the flooring company about the damage they caused. I don't even want to get into the details of that situation. As someone who loves to shop local and support businesses in my community, this was by far the worst experience I've had with any company. I don't usually write reviews like this, but this experience was bad enough to warrant a warning to others. If you're in Medicine Hat or the surrounding area, I strongly urge you to avoid this company and look for someone else to handle your job.

  Cranes was a joy to work with even through water damage is stressful.They were attentive, knowledgeable and always returned my texts and calls in a timely manner. When we hit snags, the team always came up with solutions and I was always part of the process. Allan also was a clear communicator as he helped me through the process and what was his responsibility ( physically and financially), and what was my responsibility when I chose to add upgrades. In conclusion, I hope I never have to deal with damage due to water again, but if I do, I will definitely be calling Cranes first! They came highly recommended by others who went through this process and their team did not disappoint- instead they went above and beyond.

  Excellent Company to deal with, Family Owned and oriented and it shows, Highly recommend.Tyler/Stacey and the Team at Cranes go above & Beyond and are by far the best option for Restoration needs in Medicine Hat & Area.

  Crane’s handled a basement bedroom flood for me. Each member of their crew was friendly and respectful and ensured the work was done to my satisfaction. Would definitely hire them again.

  Crane’s Restoration & Cleaning has been a Godsend! I was so stressed about flood damage to my home and then Crane’s came in and saved the day (went above and beyond, addressing all issues). I highly recommend this company.

  Great group of people. I don't enjoy having other guys/gals working on my stuff, but these folks get my nod of approval here. The employees are awesome and they bring in some top quality contractors for the assist. Thanks for treating my minor inconvenience as a big deal.

  Impressed by Crane's response in our emergency situation and with the comprehensive restoration of damage to the house. Crane's handled all aspects of the restoration with frequent communication and with personnel that were courteous & competent. The contractors they hired operated in the same manner. In the end, we were pleased with the quality of the repairs. All in all, the experience could not have gone better.

  They were super attentive and helped us and our renters. This was our first time having to deal with a sewer problem and Cranes were on it quickly. We're very pleased with work cleaning and fixing the basement. Thank you to all the workers involved!
