Meredith Campbell Today Take warning before you hire Michael Davis and RVE Exteriors. He tries to come off as super friendly and helpful, but it quickly goes south when he overcharges you for parts that weren’t needed and work that wasn’t quoted or approved, lies about work that has been done or is even needed (think being told a branch put a hole in your new roof and panels need to be replaced in said roof, but when investigated there is no hole), and doesn’t show when expected with one excuse after another. He promised a refund when we called him on his overcharges and errant diagnosis, and he failed to follow through on this, as well. Very untrustworthy and unreliable. An experience that started out great became a complete disappointment once we had to question him and his charges, and we were left having to remedy his poor work and hire others to complete the job we had paid him for in advance.

Big Mike came out and did a repair near our chimney when a squirrel got in. A few months later, he had to come back to replace the roof. He worked with the insurance agency to make sure they got the replacement covered as well. Would absolutely trust him and his crew to do it again. They were very fast, cleaned up every nail, and were done in one day.

R.V.E. Exteriors yet AGAIN did an absolutely AMAZING job replacing my roof this time. Michael is professional, honest, timely, clean and fair. The care he has for his customers is rare these days.

I had the pleasure of working with Mike and his crew. I had a roof that to an untrained eye looked okay, I called RVE due to a leak that I had found in our house and Mike advised us that our roof had a recall on it. Mike handled everything for us including working with the insurance adjuster. His roofing crew worked in freezing weather to lay the new roof and did an exceptional job. We highly recommend RVE. Thank you!

Mike and his crew did an outstanding job on our roof. Couldn't ask for a better job done. Also, got us new gutters and covers installed; which we desperately needed. I recommend this company to everyone I speak with that needs roof repair.

They did a great job on my roof and in a timely manner. I recommended my mother in law to them, who also used them. Very professional and was on time. I would use them again.

Michael did the third job for us within the past two years. In January we called him because we had a problem with drainage. He arrived promptly, correctly diagnosed the issue, and worked up an estimate. His team arrived at a time which was good for us; they did a thorough gutter replacement job, and cleaned everything up to our satisfaction. You can trust Michael to do what he says he will do,and the quality of workmanship is superb.
