  Don’t use Rooks roofing, I didn’t choose them and even with “Free inspection” on their website they just sent me a bill for $1200 since they didn’t get the job. Their boys came to my house and I told them I couldn’t afford the deductible and they didnt even offer me a plan. I found someone that did and they are just bitter. I didn’t sign any contract with them and they didn’t do any work. Even the estimate came from my insurance company. They are.just trying to use a scare tactic now. But I decided to look for another roofing company because Rooks roofing boys continued to harass me. In addition they came by my house when me and my 90 yr old neighbor were visiting and approached her for a second time to get her to pick them after she already told them she already made her choice. I had to tell them “she has made her decision and she was happy with her choice”. That gave me more clarity who I should not go with.

  Do not use these people they started out talking a big game but after the work was poorly completed I've attempted multiple times to get them to do what was agreed on and still nothing after a month They were supposed to fix my sagging gutter even if more cost was incurred as you can see what I'm left with... They will take your money and run...

  Hello Mike, We are sorry that you are unhappy with the state of your gutters. As we discussed when we came out to replace your roof, the sagging of your gutters is due to a larger structural issue with your house which would require more work than a typical gutter replacement. We could make these repairs for you, but there would be and additional cost for these services. We apologize if we were not able to clarify this during our previous discussions.   I highly recommend Rooks Roofing. Zach Postell was a great help. He kept me informed while waiting for my insurance claim, and helped me when I couldn't find the right color for my roof. He drove me around to see many other homes with different color roofs. This did the trick. The roof was completed in one day, and they did not leave a mess. Thank you Zach!! Judy M.

  We had the best experience with Rooks Roofing and Zach. We noticed a leak in our roof one night during a particularly heavy storm, and Zach was out the next morning to inspect for damage. Long story short we needed repair around our chimney …

  Rooks Roofing is by far one of the best roofing companies in Cartersville! We have been through quite a journey dealing with insurance and public adjusters throughout 4 years, and luckily, we found Kyle, Rooks Roofing and together with Precision PA, they made the impossible happen. It was a long process, but Rooks and Precision kept us up to date while we waited for assessment results. When we were finally able to start our roof, Kyle was wonderful helping us make decisions and being available for questions. On our roof day, his crew was impressive to watch and everyone was very friendly and hardworking. We are absolutely 110% pleased and will continue to recommend Rooks Roofing to everyone!

  We replaced the roof and gutters of our home and garage in July of 2026. The friendly people at Rooks Roofing helped us every step of the way. It began with photos they took of hail damage. They were able to show us our roof needed replacing. They helped us successfully present the need to our insurance company. They came several times to show samples and their experience helped us with the selection. They arrived very early on the expected date and completed the work in a day and a half as promised. The clean up was done every bit as thoroughly as they had described. Two days later our gutters were replaced. They look and operate perfectly. The entire experience was positive!! If you need a new roof be sure to call Rooks!

  I highly recommend Rooks Roofing & Exteriors. Jake and team immediately identified a major roof defect that I had. They fixed the issue in the timeframe that they stated. Jake showed me pictures of the issue before they started the job and he showed me pictures after they completed the fix. He also took the time to look at a different area of my home and gave me some options on how to rectify a small defect quickly. Don't hesitate to call Rooks Roofing & Exteriors.

  Professional, quick, excellent work, friendly, and willing to help justify the need if it is an insurance claim. These guys replaced the roof in one day. Cleaned up everything of the ground, like nothing ever happen. I have had two roof replacements in the last 30 years and we had nothing but problems. Rooks roofing communicated everything and executing everything perfectly. I don't know who could have done it better.
