  Installed a faulty boot on my roof. As a result, water slowly got into my home and caused mold damage on two floors of our home. As a result, family got very sick from the mold and we had to undergo serious renovations on our home. Since the water intrusion was minor, the issue was not noticed until much later (the mold formed all in the insulation around the pipe). Unfortunately, since we were not able to connect the dots that our sickness was mold, the mold was in the wall, and it was stemming from the pipe/boot within a year, we were outside of Red Tops 1 year warranty and they balked on any liability; even a simple request for a refund on the small project they did. Raised this issue with Red Top and they did not come out to my home until 5 months and 20+ emails, phones calls, text messages later.

  Mr. Bailey alleges that the issues from him home stemmed from a repair that we completed in 2021. Our warranty for repairs is 12 months. Any faulty material or installion would have been know immediately. The pipe boot either works or it doesn't. It worked fine for well over the 12 months we provide in warranty. He didn't reach out to us until 2024. Of further note Mr. Bailey provided a 3rd part inspection report highlighting many instances of deferred maintaince issues on his home that are much more likely to be the cause of the issues in his allegations. Upon our inspection and other roofers report also provided by Mr. Bailey the boot was not dysfunctional in any way, the osb around the boot was not rotted (which would always be present with a persistent condition needed for mold) and there were no signs of water intrusion at the boot noted. In the end we reviewed the evidence provided, inspected the site and noted all of these findings to Mr. Bailey. We feel this was over and above considering a 12 month period of warranty on repairs.

  If I could give no stars I would. This is the worst experience we’ve ever had with a builder! Mr.Russel was extremely poor at best with returning messages, emails, or phone calls, no answers to questions on our build, nor explanations given as to why work was not being done. The refusal to work together to find a resolution and resolve the issues at hand is appalling for a business!

  I had several shingles blow off my roof and needed to get them replaced as soon as possible due to rain forecasted for the next day. I called Red Top Roofing and they quickly came out, assessed what was needed and completed the repair all within two hours! Excellent service, very professional. THANK YOU RED TOP ROOFING!

  I had a minor roof leak and Dusty came and checked it out same day. We agreed on a very reasonable price, and he immediately gathered material. He and his crew showed up the next week, and was gone before I even knew they were there! You cannot tell there was any patch work done, everything was cleaned, and done in a professional manner. I highly recommend for all your roofing and exterior needs, I will use again!

  Who knew Red Top Roofing did Kitchen remodeling. Well let me tell you they do, and do it very well. Dusty came out and quoted our Job and kept us informed through the whole process. His team is second to none. From painting our whole interior, New flooring, LVP and Carpet, to a brand new kitchen. They handled it all. cabinets, tile, electrical, plumbing. We are so happy with how it turned out, so much so that we will be updating our bathrooms and using them again. Thanks again to the whole team, with special shout out to Sergio and the guys, Zach, and Justin and of course Dusty Brock.

  I had a small minor repair to be done and Dustin had a repairman, Zach, out within 3 hours. Took about 5 minutes and they charged me a very fair fee for the work. Definitely in my phone for future needs

  I contacted Dusty Brock for an estimate on exterior trim repainting due to HOA inspection. Dusty was very prompt with an estimate, his crew worked and finished the project in the amount of time he quoted, and my home looks brand new again! Better than HOA standards! Thank you!

  Red Top Roofing did a fantastic job on my new roof. This is the second roof I have had installed on a personal home and we couldn’t be happier. They worked with our agent to get the roof approved through our insurance due to previous storm damage. They were flexible on scheduling while we were out of town and we came home to a new roof. Without asking we had upgraded flashing throughout, updates on progress throughout the job, and zero mess when we got back home. Dusty was great to work with and his team did a great job taking care of us. Would highly recommend to anyone.
