R&R ROOFING

The only one or two-star review we hold for R&R ROOFING.

Had our roof done by R&R Roofing in late fall of 2021. Initially they were easy to deal with and prompt. After they finished the metal roof, we didn’t like how the ice breaks had gaps on one side of the roof and not the other so they came back to fix it. After we paid them, a piece of temporary ridge end cover fell off. We contacted Riley and was told he would come back in a week to fix it. He didn’t come and the weather got cold, so we did not bother contacting him until the spring. Riley then said that's how it's supposed to be that the “end caps were taken out for vented foam instead, the pitch of (our) roof doesn’t allow for end caps, it’s protected with the vented foam nothing can get in or out”. Had he said that in the beginning then we would’ve left it at that. Now it looks like there’s not enough overhang and some gaps in the ridge ends and foam (see picture). We are worried that can allow rain water or possibly pests into the roof. Their lack of action to our concerns tells us that they will not cover any warranty work as promised. We are very disappointed, and would not recommend them.

We recently had R&R Roofing replace the shingle roof on our cottage with metal. From Day 1, Riley outlined the plan, priced it according to our needs and delivered a finished product in timely fashion that we are very happy with. They went above and beyond to ensure all the original flaws were repaired after the shingles were removed. He even followed up several times to ensure everything was to our satisfaction during and following the completion of the job. As a contractor myself, I know what Customer Service can mean to a business and Riley and his team exemplify the very best in customer satisfaction! We would recommend R&R Roofing for anyone looking for a roofer specializing in quality and care. Thanks Riley!

Riley and his team just finished shingling the roof on our modular home. The work included 3 new skylights, 2 max vents, and circumventing a lot of obstacles - venting pipes, chimney, additions. The guys are professionals in every sense of the word. Workmanship is excellent and I highly recommend them for your next roofing project.

I was very fortunate that Riley answered my plea for help after the Dérecho hit my cottage in May 2022. Four big trees had landed on the roof which meant that broken roof trusses, metal roof, soffits, eaves and eaves troughs all had to be …

Where do I begin with this review. Riley and his team did an excellent job on our home, shed and garage. It was a bit of a process to get it to where I was satisfied, and I will take accountability for some of that. There was a bit of miscommunication/misunderstanding, but ultimately, they did a fantastic job! Due to the bit of misunderstanding, I felt that my honest review would be 4.5 stars, as I’m sure there’s always room to improve as a business. However - I couldn’t comfortably give this business just 4 stars, so I’ve decided to give them 5. I am giving this honest review, because as for the miscommunication, those things happen, we’re all human. What doesn’t always happen is a business owner who prides themselves on giving exceptional customer service and I can guarantee to anybody who is considering R&R Roofing, this business gives top notch customer service and won’t wrap up the job until you are completely satisfied (even if that means several trips to your home to check in on things). Friendly, efficient & professional. My steel roof is sturdy, shiny, straight and looks awesome. Pictures attached. Thanks Guys!

Riley and his team recently did our Bancroft. From first contact the service was excellent. Showed up bright and early in the morning and our our roof was done in one day. It looks beautiful and we are very happy with it. We would recommend this company without hesitation. Also provided a competitive written estimate and clean up was like they were never here. Thank you!
