  Avoid them! We did our townhouse complex in 2016. My flat roof is leaking. I am willing to pay but no one answers the phone and no one returns messages!!!

  Unresponsive to leak issue we are having with the roof they installed under warranty. No accountability and being run around in circles by the owner. Avoid this business.

  Issues with honouring their "15" year warranty, at year 5. I am giving them a 2 and not a one star because of our original roof installation in 2020. I am not sure if ownership has changed since 2020 resulting in poor customer service. We discovered a leak in September 2025. We contacted them. After several emails and calling, we were told "they said we are in Mississauga, hire a local roofer and they will reimburse." I sent them the receipt and inspection report without response even after several emails. They were advised that the leak was by the skylight but two other outstanding issues were due to original roof replacement to resolve. I am getting no response and the cell phone number which was provided for Kyle, he is now saying saying it is not their number.

  I'm so frustrated with their staffs or personnel coz they couldn't get back to you right away for a response. As if they're playing tag, Slavik pass me to Lewis, Lewis pass me to Slavik & if you call the office she'll just take the message & said she'll refer it to them & if you'll continue calling her she'll give you the guys number. By the way, my ceiling has been leaking since April of this year that I reported it to them & one of them came just one time , did some gluing on the roof & told me to call him back once there's a good rain & if it still leaking, until now nobody came & my ceiling is already warp & still have that big basin inside the closet & laundried all what's inside the closet coz it smells damp & put them all in the bag & leave them in my basement coz I have nowhere to put them back. But Slavik & Lewis? Until now? We're playing tag. I'm so stressed & mad. Worse coz it's affecting my health condition. My husband & I were already giving them the suggestion if one of them come & make a whole on our ceiling & we'll pay them & said yes they'll call me but still waiting for that call till now.

  2017 New Roof was put on my semi detached home. My neighbour and I decided change shingles at same time, so the price was good. Guys working on the roof were excellent. There were NO old shingles left behind, all cleaned up. Sold house in 2022, and the shingles were still wearing strong. Thanks Gitano Roofing!

  Unfortunately they have the worlds worst service. We had a roof installed with a 25 year guarantee but it started leaking and we have been after them for weeks to return our call but despite many promises, they have not been in contact.
