This was a shingle roof replace after hurricane Ian. I made the mistake of signing on with Chris. There was a lack of communication between the office & the crew sent to my home. I asked that someone speak English so I could communicate with the crew if need be, The crew manager barely did so it was difficult to explain my Dish satellite was hanging off & didn't work. If that wasn't bad enough when they came back to put the shingles on they were drinking beer on my roof. I was shocked the crew manager was throwing it up to them. So when payment was expected I complained to Chris again of the whole chaotic experience & I was threatened with a lien being put on my house. I would stay far away from this company.

I was not gonna respond to this negative review because it is absolutely untrue and unfounded. We bent over backwards for this customer. The owner of our company came out with someone and retarped her roof on Thanksgiving day as it was … More

Sorry to reply to this review nine years later. This was our very first Google review back when it was a fairly new thing. We did a room addition for this customer a couple years prior to this review and she loved it. Everything was fine. I guess she was trying to reach us a couple years later to do another projectand we were no longer working that far north in Florida and the Salesman neglected to get back to her according to her review. This is not how we intend to do business and we would like to apologize to Miss Larrabee

They built a carport with a screened in porch for me and did an amazing job! I even have a big wooden wheelchair ramp that they had to work around and put back together. Very happy.

I recently contracted with R and L Building Construction to repair damages caused by hurricane Milton; this company is a very reliable company that can repair any part of your home including roofs, carports, interior and exterior work and restore it back to normal. I am very pleased with their work and the outcome of their work done on my home. Thank you R and L Construction; you have my recommendation!

My husband and I are senior citizens and cautious hiring contractors. We have dealt with many contractors over the years, but have never been treated better than with Ron and Chris at R&L. They have very fair pricing and excellent quality in the work. Very satisfied !!!!!
