After choosing the lowest estimate (big mistake )I contracted Apex to install a shingled roof, they sent out a two man crew and it took an unrealistic amount of time to complete the roof . Apex's two man crew slowly completing the work and after many days to complete they handed me a bill for an extra $3500 on top of the initial estimate of $7000. I showed Dave the owner a picture of the crocked shingles that his guys installed and my disagreement on the extra charges and the amount of time it took to complete . Dave basically had no realistic answer for any of my concerns. I don't feel that this company is honest and be aware of non justifiable extra charges.

Hi Scott, You failed to mention that Apex Roofmasters inc. REPLACED ROTTEN 2x4=270 Lineal feet 2X6=70 LF 2x8=20 LF 1x8=30LF and 11 sheets of 4ft x 8ft plywood We can't predict how much rotten and damaged wood there will be in a re roof job. I am sorry you feel bad about the additional lumber charge, it is in the contract tat you signed. From the contract that you signed. "- $70.00 Per Sheet of Plywood and $7.00 per linear Ft. for Rafter tails/Fascia". Sorry you felt like we took advantage of you. Kindly, Dave Appelo Sr Owner

I have called repeatedly for over 2 years to get you to come out to fix our roof leaks that were under warranty and have not received follow up calls or a visit from anyone to rectify the situation. The roof is now leaking and ruining the ceiling in my client waiting area. This is awful customer service. I am very disappointed.

I recently had a new metal roof installed on our home in Englewood (Grove City), Florida by David Apello and his team at Apex Roofmasters, LLC and I couldn't be happier with the results! David is professional and knowledgable, his pricing was fair and transparent, with no hidden costs. During the installation, his crew arrived on time and worked incredibly efficiently, from start to clean up. The quality of the workmanship is outstanding, and our new roof looks beautiful. Working with David, who is a genuinely nice guy, made getting our new roof a pleasant and stress-free experience. I highly recommend Apex Roofmasters to anyone in need of roofing services. New Metal Snap Lock SS Roof. Mr Appelo and his team were amazing from start to finish. A great blessing to have met them and to have hired them to install our new roof. God is so very good! Pray about it, make the call, have them come out for an estimate, pray about it some more and you most definitely will not be disappointed when you choose Mr. Appelo and his team to install your new roof! Over the top professionalism all the way around and truly an honest, God loving man. We couldn’t be more satisfied with the materials, workmanship, and the extremely fast time that the roof was installed. There is not one thing we were disappointed about or didn’t like. We have had so many complaints at how amazing our new roof looks!
