  Roof leaks after 12 years. Called back for a repair while under warranty and it still leaks badly. Was told at that time that roofing a house with a chimney is not possible?! I don’t recommend.

  Quality Roofing did a great job completing our roofing project. They were punctual and competitively priced with the other bids I had gotten. The roof looks great and they left my property perfectly clean. I highly recommend Steve and Ben to anyone needing a roof replacement.

  I just had my roof done by Quality Roofing. Had a very good experience working with Ben as the estimator and Steve as the owner overseeing the crew that did the job. Looks really nice. I went with Quality Roofing because they had done the original roof years ago and it lasted a long time. I’m hoping the same with this roof.

  Steve and his crew are the absolute best. They installed a new roof for me about 5 years ago, and it has been great. No issues at all. This morning I woke up to a bird in my fireplace, behind the screen, but nonetheless unable to get out. I called Steve to see what to do. He had one of his crew come out within an hour to see if there were any openings in the mesh screening around the top of the chimney where a bird could have gotten in. Indeed there were a couple of holes that they immediately repaired. A neighbor had a large net and was able to capture the bird in the net in the fireplace, and release it outside, unhurt. So basically I can't say enough about the customer service of Quality Roofing. Thank you, Steve!

  Who knew how gratifying procuring a new roof could be… In the midst of the current insurance crisis where companies are increasingly requiring homeowners to get new roofs with the threat of policy cancellation, Quality Roofing Company, Inc came to the rescue on many levels: 1) They made sure to schedule our roof installation in time to meet the insurance company deadline 2) They offered top notch and reasonable roofing options and treatments 3) Their work crew was as good as it gets: impeccably skilled, with exceptional attention to detail, they installed a truly beautiful roof, along with a skylight, and didn’t leave a speck of dust behind. The entire process from our initial call to Quality Roofing Company, Inc to the completion of the project was flawless. We consider ourselves most fortunate to have found them.

  Steve and his staff at Quality Roofing in Pleasant Hill are top notch, and their work quality speaks for itself. I really appreciated the honest, fair discussion about where I could save, and where I needed to commit to getting the best possible roof for the long run. They keep their own veteran carpenter on staff to do needed wood repairs at high quality and a fair price, a huge advantage in time and cost savings. My roof was completed in 3 days, and that was with some tricky wood repair. I would highly recommend Quality for your next roof replacement!

  So glad I went with Quality Roofing. Steve and his crew did an amazing job. Great communication, and making sure my expectations were met. The crew works hard, cleans up after the day, and does a top notch job - they really take pride in what they do. Steve is very knowledgeable, and offers advice on products and options to really make the roof look nice. In addition to the roof, I also had them remove some old skylights, replace my old gutters, and add a layer of insulation. I am really satisfied with their quality of work and professionalism.
