Over price not Military friendly. Labor rate is very high. Poor customer service. I won’t recommended or use this company. Get your estimate first in writing .

My roof has leaked since they installed it. They did not install any flashing, seal seams, and did not replace any of my damaged vents. They took money from my insurance and refuse to come fix their mistakes. It has been a consistent battle trying to get them to come out. They do not respond to phone calls or address problems.

Company did a great job on the roof but failed to properly deal with the insurance company or fulfill other services they agreed to in the contract .They failed to contact me in 2 years time to let me know there was an issue with finalizing. The insurance company is now out of business and they are asking me to pay the remaining balance of a covered job out of pocket. This balance far exceeds my deductable.

I recommend Quality Exteriors. They shingled my roof, installed drip-edge, replaced degrading Masonite facia, covered the new facia with vinyl on aluminum, and installed vinyl soffit over existing 33-year-old Masonite. The workmanship appears to be particularly good, the materials were as we agreed, they did the work in a timely manner and left the yard clean and undamaged.

One word, wow! They showed up early in the morning, tarped all of our flower beds, began tearing the roof off, and began putting the new roof on day one. Day two, they showed up and completed the installation, removed the tarps, cleaned up everything, and left us with what it appears to be a new house. Excellent job and excellent communication all the way through the process. Thank you!

Quality Exteriors removed a small upstairs wood deck off the master bedroom, replacing it with a larger, 6’ x 10’ deck, including stairs, down to our existing patio, using composite material, and treated wood for the structural components. …

Keith was very thorough during the entire process. Extremely efficient and helpful with any questions or concerns that we had. The entire process from start to finish was effortless/completely seamless. Terms that I’m sure most cannot use when dealing with insurance and contractors. Extremely satisfied!
